Forever and Always

Johnny Pov

"Today the day?"Rosita asked with thrill in her eyes.

"Yeah,"I responded,"I'm just nervous, like what if..."

     "Johnny, you and Ash have been together for six years,"Rosita told me, while placing a hand on my arm. "She'd be crazy not say yes. Well both of you are already crazy. So, Ash would be insane to say no."

I let out a small laugh,"thanks Rosita."

"You're welcome Johnny. Now go practice."Rosita said, shooing me off to the practice room Ash and I shared for the next performance.

     "Ready to practice Johnny?"Ash asked when I walked into the glass room.

     "Uh..."I quickly felt around for the small box in my jacket pocket. When I reassured that it was safe and in its place I responded to Ash. "Yeah, let do this."

Third Person Pov

     Johnny held his hand out to his girlfriend of six years. Ash placed her small hand in Johnny's larger hand. Johnny sat himself down at the piano and brought Ash to its side. The two looked in each other's eyes, and started singing, while Johnny played the piano.

She's sitting at the table, the hours get later
He was supposed to be here
She's sure he would've called
She waits a little longer, there's no one in the driveway
No one's said they've seen him
Why, is something wrong?
She looks back to the window
Suddenly the phone rings
A voice says something's happened
That she should come right now
Her mind goes to December
She thinks of when he asked her
He bent down on his knee first
And he said

I want you forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together
Forever and always

She pulls up to the entrance
She walks right to the front desk
They lead her down a million halls, a maze that's never ending
They talk about what happened but she can barely hear them
She tries to keep a straight face as she walks into the room
She sits by his bedside, holds his hand too tight
They talk about the kids they're gonna have and the good life
The house on the hillside, where they would stay

Stay there forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together, and always remember
Whether rich or for poor or for better
We'll still love each other, forever and always

Then she gets an idea and calls in the nurses
Brings up the chaplain and he says a couple verses
She borrows some rings from the couple next door
Everybody's laughing as the tears fall on the floor
She looks into his eyes, and she says

I want you forever, forever and always
Through the good and the bad and the ugly
We'll grow old together, and always remember
Whether happy or sad or whatever
We'll still love each other, forever and always
Forever and always, forever and always

She finishes the vows but the beeps are getting too slow
His voice is almost too low
As he says, "I love you forever, forever and always
Please just remember even if I'm not there
I'll always love you, forever and always."

     Johnny stands up from the piano bench and caresses Ash's cheek.

     "I think that was better than yesterday,"Aah said while placing her hand over Johnny's and staring into his brown eyes.

     "I think so too,"Johnny whispered to Ash. Ash nodded, telling him to continue on with what he was going to say. "Ash, I have loved you since the day we met, I know that I will love you, forever and always,"Johnny crouched down on his knee. He pulled out the small red box that was in his jacket pocket. "Ash, will you do me the honors, and marry me?"

     Ash's blue eyes were holding tears of serenity. She couldn't believe that her boyfriend of six years, was asking her to marry him. "Yes, Johnny I will marry you," Ash exclaimed while attacking Johnny in a huge hug.

      Johnny squeezed her back. He knew that Ash would say yes, but still nervous about the other possible outcomes. As soon as they let go of each other, Johnny took the ring out of its box and placed it on Ash's finger.

     What the two didn't know, was that the rest of the crew was watching. The walls are made of glass. They were all awing at how cute the young couple is. They weren't going to get caught, until Rosita realized she was leaning on the door. The door flew open, and Rosita ended up on the floor inside the practice room.

     "Um...hi you two lovebirds,"Rosita grinned. She was trying to not make the situation more awkward than it already is.

     That's when Johnny and Ash saw the rest of the crew outside the room, watching them. Both of them started blushing.

     "You two are so cute together!"Meena laughed.

     "It's about time,"Mike scolded.

     "Yeah, your like totally perfect for each other,"Gunther yelled.

     The blush spread across their faces more. Ash took Johnny's hand and set it in her face. She does this when she get embarrassed. Johnny smiled at how cute she looked to him.

     "You two were meant for each other,"Rosita exclaimed while standing back up and looking at the two young adults.

Okay, so another part with Heliotrope is coming, but I started writing this one before I realized I would have to write more than one parts with her.
