Babysitting

Johnny Pov

Ash and I were walking out of the theatre after a long day of practice. Then Rosita came running up to us. We turned to face her and see what our mother-like figure needed.

"Guys do you think you can watch my kids tonight? Norman and I have to do something extremely important, and it's last minute. So I didn't have time to call in a babysitter,"Rosita begged. She looked pretty desperate.  I nodded my head.

     "I'm okay with watching them,"Ash and I said at the same time. We looked at each other, and quickly looked away. I felt a blush spread across my face. I looked back at Rosita, seeing that she was trying to hold back a laugh.

     "Thanks so much guys,"Rosita exclaimed,"I asked Meena, but she's busy tonight."

At Rosita's House

     "They are eating dinner right now, so you just need to get them in pajamas, have them brush their teeth, and have them in bed by 9 o'clock,"Rosita explained to us. "Feel free to call us if anything happens. Got that?"

"Yep,"Ash quickly responded before giving me a chance to speak.

"Good,"Rosita said. "Goodbye babies! Listen to Johnny and Ash."

"Rosita we got to go!"Norman yelled. Rosita ran to the door where her husband was waiting. "Thanks again guys." Norman closed the door, leaving me and Ash to watch over 25 kids.

"You got all that Ash?"I asked because I didn't really catch all of what Rosita said.

     "Yes," Ash replied,"once they finish eating we just have to get them into their pajamas." When they were finished eating, we got them upstairs.

     "Get in your pajamas,"Ash yelled so that all the kids could hear. They all ran to their room. They came back downstairs dressed in pajamas. "Now brush your teeth."

Ash Pov

     When they finished brushing their teeth, the time was only 8:30pm. They don't have to go to bed until 9pm. They all sat on the couch. I turned on the TV so that they could watch something. While they still have time before they sleep.

Johnny and I stood off to the side watching them. It's like we are a married couple watching over our children proudly. I laughed at the thought. I do have feelings for Johnny, and it would be nice to have children later. That'd be cute. (Foreshadowing!!)

     "Miss Ash,"Casper whispered walking up to me.

     "Yes Casper?"I asked while looking down at him.

     "Do you think you can sing a song for us? The song that you sang at the performance before?"He asked.

     "Of course Casper. Sit back down with your brothers and sisters, then I'll sing for you,"I told him. He ran back to the couch and sat with his siblings. I grabbed my guitar from its case and walked in front of Rosita's 25 children. I strummed my guitar and started singing.
