Mrs. W put the attendance slip into her filing cabinet and turned back to the class. "So, welcome to L'école Du Pouvoir, or as you know it, The School of Power. Here you prodigies will learn to cultivate your powers and use them for good. To begin the school year, we will each stand up and demonstrate our power. So as an example watch me. Mr. Knowledge, will you ask me some little known trivia, or something of the sort?" An unseen teacher appeared from the back of the class. "Alright. Who voices Thumbelina in Don Bluth's production of Thumbelina?" Mrs. W closed her eyes for a moment, and snapped them back open. She hurriedly replied, "Jodi Benson, mostly known for her role as Ariel in The Little Mermaid." Someone gasped, and criticism rolled his eyes. "Well, since Mr. Ja-car here thinks this power so unimpressive, I think he should go first." Mr. K raised an eyebrow at Criticism. "Criticism, please step up in front of the class do demonstrate your power." He hesitantly walked up to the front, and stood next to Mrs. K. "Please state your power." "My power is finding the negatives." "Demonstrate." His freckles twitched when he was asked to demonstrate. "If I must. Well, since your next to me, I guess you will be my volunteer. Your hair is flat and greasy, your pores are too big, you have awfully large feet, your outfit is mismatched, and your shoes are too small." His freckles twitched again, he flipped his hair and sat back down. Mrs. W glared at him. "Thank you for demonstrating. Please pick the next demonstrator." Criticism scanned the room, and stopped on me. "I think Life should go next."
