one |
a dandelion would soon part
from his mother, to fly with
the breeze, to a place nobody
knows, without hesitation,
just pure determination,
to seek solace
through seeing.

he would dance through the rumble of
storms unimaginable, even when he
would lose his way, he would always,
always find his way back home.
{the breeze}

two |
sometimes, when they felt like dying,
they stopped under the foliage of the
green jungle. they would sneak timid
glances towards each other, between
contented sighs and wishful daydreams.
they found themselves finishing
each other's sentences.

three |
adventures they wanted to last, but couldn't.
so the breeze had to leave the dandelion, her
sisters' beckoned her to hurry up. she left a
tender kiss on his chapped lips, {he barely felt it but felt everything at once.}

he reached out, but she was gone.
- like the wind -

four |
he seek comfort from the trees.
he seek solace from the soil.
he seek shelter under the sun.
but, he couldn't not seek her scent
{the breeze} that had blown him
once before. she had left the air so
sudden, so abrupt, the dandelion was
left dazed in the midst of
quiet sillage and broken regrets.

five |
but, he loves her.
oh, how he loves her!
even when he rot with
the sun glaring down
upon his decaying bod,
even when the brown
dirty earth swallow him
whole, he would
forever remember
the breeze that came
and left as abrupt.

six |
seasons changed. the breeze came —
I WONDER IF
HE REMEMBERS ME?
