Ava's P.O.V
3 months later
A couple of major things have happened in the past few months, the morning sickness finally passed, and I moved in with Theo, it's been amazing on that stand point, minus a couple of bumps in the road, speaking of bump, you can tell I'm pregnant now, but it's still not ridiculously big. A little over four months now, which means the appointment we are on our way to go to, is hopefully going to tell us if we're having a boy or a girl. Everyone's placed bets, per say, on the baby, Theo included and I laughed as he insisted on it being a boy. I on the other hand feel like its a girl, I guess we'll find out. Scott, Stiles, Mason, Malia and Kira think it's a boy. Lydia, my dad, Liam, Isaac all the way from Paris, and Melissa think it's a girl.
Oh, and also Theo has a new job, a job that has actual hours, he no longer works different shifts every week. He got approached by this big company for a young advisers position, something about what he submitted for college before all of this happened, he's basically a teenage culture consultant, with the means to advance in his position. Anyways, I understand why they went after him, he's got a very good sense for the things are age range is into, and I love that he enjoys it and will be home on the weekends. I wanted to get a job too, but no one will hire a pregnant girl who will be on maternity leave in five months.
"Here goes nothing." Theo breathed out, turning his truck off, I began to get all giddy inside as we started walking inside. "I got you hun, just go ahead and sit down." The receptionist, Sally, smiled waving me off, I gave her a thankful smile before going to sit down with Theo. I looked over at Theo as he stared into the distance, his mind probably wandering with a bunch of thoughts. "I'm still bummed that my dad couldn't come." I mumbled, pulling Theo out of his head. He looked over at me, "I got the next best thing." He told me, glancing down as his phone buzzed on his leg. Before I could even try and sneak a peak, the door opened catching my attention, out of instinct I looked up and saw my brother walking into the doctors office.
I grinned, looking back to Theo. "You're the best." I pecked him on the lips quickly before seeing Stiles spot us and make his way over. I smiled standing up and hugging my brother, happy to have him here, not that Theo isn't enough, but having someone who's related to you here is very comforting. I was about to sit down again when I heard my name, I looked up and saw a nurse waiting to take us back to the room. Stiles and Theo followed behind me as I trudged behind the nurse.
I subconsciously rubbed my stomach, it's become a habit. Little things, that seem like stuff that only happens in movies, has become real life. I always rub my stomach, sometimes finding myself talking to it, which I think I got from Theo, every night, without fail, he kisses my stomach and thinks I don't really notice it that much when he talks, but in reality I have two recordings of him doing it.
"Dr. Charles, this is my brother, Stiles." I introduced them, she smiled, shaking his hand shortly. "Nice to meet you." She said, turning as the nurse opened the door, telling her something before disappearing, I paid no mind to it and watched as the doctor turned on the ultrasound machine. I've become used to the process of having the gel smeared across my stomach, it is getting a little weird again now that my stomach isn't as small. "Oh well would you look at that." The Doctor smiled looking at the screen, "do you want to know the gender?" She asked, glancing at us, Theo on one side holding onto my hand tightly, his cast long gone and Stiles on the other getting anxious about what she's going to say.
"Yes we do." I finally answered, when I realized she was still waiting, Theo nodded in agreement, "it's a boy!" She smiled at us, "I told you!" Theo cheered making me roll my eyes, no matter what I don't care, as long as the baby is healthy.
"You should name him Stiles." My brother said as we asked out to our cars, "no way in hell man." Theo responded, walking with me to Stiles car, he had to go to work so Stiles was going to give me a ride. "Bye babe." Theo mumbled, kissing me softly, "bye." I responded as he turned to walk off, I laughed as I climbed into Stiles jeep, this old thing is never going to die. "I'm having a boy!" I finally reacted when Stiles was in the middle of pulling out, he looked over at me in shock, "yes, I know, I was there." He responded calmly, looking away from me to finished getting out of this tight spot.
"Okay, serious this time, any name ideas?" He asked, pulling out onto the road as I thought for a minute. "No, not yet." I answered truthfully, starting to think about the baby's stuff, we haven't bought anything yet, since we were waiting to see what we were having, so now that we know, we have lots of work to do. The baby will have to have the crib in our room, since it's a one bedroom apartment, which will be fine for a while, but once he starts getting older we're gonna need to do something else, I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
"Can we stop at the station?" I asked Stiles who shrugged, "sure." He answered, changing our route to go see our dad at work instead. I wanted to tell him before Stiles could spoil it, besides it's been kind of slow, as my dad says. "Chase!" I said randomly, a giant smile on my face. "What?" Stiles asked confused, again to why I was randomly freaking out. "Chase, for the baby, I love that name." I explained, smiling to myself, hopefully Theo will like it too.

"Hey, dad." I knocked on his door making him look up from the papers on his desk. "Hey, honey. How did it go?" He asked, looking behind me as Stiles trudged in, "it's a-" "Stiles!" I cut him off, "it's my kid let me tell him." I scolded, turning back to our dad who was patiently waiting. "It's a boy." I grinned, he laughed, "well, I was wrong." He laughed, standing up to hug me shortly. "Congratulations." He mumbled, moving back. I noticed his eyes were watery, making Stiles laugh from the doorway. I glared at him and he shut his mouth. "Dad." I smiled up at him, "don't cry." I added, finding myself get emotional, I wiped at my eyes laughing at this whole situation.
"I feel left out." Stiles remarked, fake crying, "Sherrif- oh I can come back?" Parrish offered, seeing everyone except Stiles being emotional. "No, no, it's fine." My dad waved him in, "I'll you get back to work." I told him, hugging him once more before leaving with Stiles.
a/n; sorry about the big time jumps in this and upcoming chapters, it's just hard to keep the story interesting when she's pregnant for so long, so I'm going to do some time jumps to speed up the process a little bit!
