Alien attack

A few weeks had past. Alex's belly started to get bigger a little, but not that much.
Almost everybody knew the good news. She had told her family, Maggie's family and her's and Kara's friends.
She hadn't told J'onn yet because she knew that he would be overprotective and she was scared that he wouldn't let her do her job properly. Beside, she already had Supergirl worrying about her enough as it is.
She was making sure her big sister was taking the time to eat and relax because she often forgot. She also encouraged her to stay in the DEO building instead of going on the field where she and the baby could get hurt.
Things had been quiet so Alex hadn't really been needed on the field anyway.

Alex was sitting at her desk, in front of her computer. She was starting to get bored.

"Agent Danvers. You are needed. There's an alien attack going on right now." An agent told her.

[Finally some action] she thought.

She got up as fast as she could and ran to see what was going on. Supergirl and J'onn weren't there. They had already left the building, witch meant that Alex was in charge.

"What do we do now mam" asked another agent, waiting for Alex's orders.

"Get the team ready. We need to get there right now." She instructed.

"Yes mam."

Winn, who was sitting at is computer monitoring the situation, looked at Alex with worried eyes.

"You're not going, are you? Because I-I don't think it would be a good idea." He said.

Kara and J'onn were having a hard time fighting the 3 giant aliens that were causing trouble down town. Alex new that if her and the team didn't get there soon, they probably would loose that fight . They might be super strong aliens but they sure aren't indestructible.

"I have to Winn. They need my help."

Alex couldn't stand there and do nothing any longer. She ran as fast as she could to grab her equipment and weapons. Her team was ready and waiting for her in one of the DEO's vans.
On their way to fight the 3 aliens, they took the time to make a plan. Those were the biggest aliens the DEO agents had ever fought before. They needed to get ready for what was coming next.

When they arrived, J'onn had one of the aliens under control and Supergirl had another one.

"Okay. We do as we said before. We circle the third alien and take him down. Supergirl and J'onn have the other two under control."
They all agreed with her and then quickly got out of the van.

Everything was going as planned. Supergirl was finally able to catch her alien. After tying it up, she flew over to J'onn to help him with his alien.
Alex looked at her little sister to make sure she was okay.
Kara punching the big alien was the last thing she saw before she blacked out.
