natalie called an emergency meeting at her place that saturday afternoon. she was more than happy that shawn apologized. sadly, it's not as sincere as she thought it was. if it wasn't for amalie he wouldn't have apologized. but natalie was stubborn. when she likes someone, she likes someone.

"natalie, you're insane." enya said being half serious.

"yeah he's an asshole. don't fall for him again, he'll hurt you." pia said.

"you're with chris, you guys are happy." natalie said. pia's face fell, then sipped her tea not saying anything.

"yeah, i'm gonna have to agree with pia on that." amalie said trying to ease the tension. "but maybe he changed, we'll never know."

"exactly so that's why i should make a move on him." natalie said. "maybe he's too scared to start something with me and that's why he was so rude, because he's trying to hide his feelings."

"that's not wha-" amalie started, but quickly got interrupted by natalie.

"i really need to get in shape for the next party, so he'll be super interested." natalie said.

"natalie, we're happy for you, but don't let someone control how you look. you should want to be in shape because you want to be healthy, not because of some stupid frat boy." aisha said.

"if shawn can change so can i. i'm just developing a healthy lifestyle." argued natalie.

"i don't think he changed, nat. it's christmas, it was probably the guilt, probably wanted to be on santa's nice list. who knows?" enya said.

natalie grew frustrated, "im gonna go for a run, you guys can stay and help yourself if you want."

"no we'll get going." pia muttered putting on her shoes.

the rest of the girls followed leaving natalie alone.

"what's up with her?" enya asked as they walked to the car.

"honestly, i wish shawn never apologized she's acting like a piece of shit." pia said still mad about what she said about chris. he might come off as an asshole, but he's so sweet to the people he's close with.

while the girls were talking bad about natalie's new attitude, amalie began to question everything. she shouldn't have agreed to go on the date and come up with this condition, but then again natalie was starving herself and she couldn't stand seeing that. but she still kinda is, but she's more confident. so either way no one wins, other than that asshole shawn who's getting a date with amalie.

while in the car, amalie received a text saying, "so how bout that date?"

she immediately knew who it was.

"how'd you get my number?"

"from chris, who got it from pia."

"pia, why did you give my number to chris?" amalie asked out loud.

"oh, he said you guys were in the same chemistry class and needed pictures of the text book." pia said.
