tuesday 7:00 a.m

"i'm telling natalie today." amalie said to pia as she took a sip of her iced coffee.

pia put her dishes in the sink before turning to amalie, "telling her what?"

"about me and shawn."

"shawn and i." pia corrected.

"this coffee is about to land in your purse." amalie said, hovering her drink over pia's kate spade purse that chris got her.

"you better stop!" pia screamed dashing to her purse. she knew that amalie wouldn't dare, because she borrows that purse sometimes, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

"but anyways i'm telling her today after lecture hall."

11:45 a.m

amalie looked for natalie after her boring 3 hour biology lecture. she saw her looking at a piece of paper with a disappointing look on her face.

maybe tomorrow.. amalie thought, not wanting to upset her friend even more.

wednesday 12:00 p.m

while amalie was walking towards natalie, enya decided to swoop in and sit next to natalie to tell her about the new kid in her business class who looks like young leonardo dicaprio.

of course amalie didn't hear what they were talking about, but by the looks on enya's face, she assumed that whatever she was saying was important.

okay, i swear i'll tell her tomorrow. amalie thought as she walked away.

thursday 8:00 p.m

"did you tell her?" pia asked.

"no! i was about to and then aisha came and asked me to help her finish her bio paper." amalie explained.

pia rolled her eyes, "why didn't you tell her that you were busy?"

"because she bought me a donut."

"dude!"

"what?! i owe her for buying me a donut! it was really good by the way."

"why don't you just text or call her?"

"because it'd be more sincere if i made the effort to confront her in person." amalie said.

"okay, but stop beating around the bush and tell her tomorrow." pia said.

friday 10:00 a.m

lecture finished earlier than expected so amalie sat at their spot, waiting for natalie to come out of her marketing class.

to amalie's dismay, but somewhat of a relief, pia's boyfriend, chris schistad (a/n oml the finale for skam makes me want to punch chris in the face) approached amalie.

"hey amalie." chris said standing in front of her.

"hey what's up?" amalie said looking out for natalie.

"it's pia and i's six month anniversary tomorrow and i really want to make it special since we've been together for half a year. do you have any ideas on what i should do for her?" chris asked.

amalie gave him advice and showed him the list of restaurants that her and pia were planning on going to.

amalie got so excited about what chris was planning that she completely forgot about natalie.

5:00 p.m

"did you tell natalie?" pia asked.

"oh fuck."

saturday 9:00 a.m

amalie decided to plan it out and invite natalie to have breakfast with her. they decided on meeting up at the park where natalie works out every saturday morning.

"hey nat!" amalie jogged towards her friend who was doing some high knees.

"morning amalie!" natalie panted. "i'm almost done, give me 10 seconds."

amalie sat down on the bench and watched natalie finish off her workout. once she was done, she sat next to amalie, drinking some water.

"what's up?" natalie asked.

suddenly amalie felt nervous to her. she didn't want to ruin their friendship by breaking the news to her. little did she know that natalie already knew about her and shawn.

"shawn and i are dating." amalie said quickly.

natalie stared at her, not saying anything. amalie immediately felt bad and tried to justify herself.

"i know." natalie said.

"wait what?"

"i saw you two kissing a few weeks ago at the auction party." natalie said.

"i'm sorry, nat." amalie sighed putting her face in her hands.

"its okay, amalie! why are you apologizing?"

"i feel like such a bad friend." amalie mumbled.

"you're far from that, amalie. don't you ever say that again." natalie said. "yeah, i have to admit, it kinda hurt at first because i thought he liked me after his apology, but i realized that he's no good for me. i was starving myself because i wanted to be good for him, but you made me realize that i'm beautiful the way i am."

"you really are, nat." amalie agreed.

"you support me, so i support you," natalie smiled. "and i think you and shawn are really cute together."

natalie was being sincere. she learned that shawn wasn't worth it. she's still exercising but now she's eating a balanced diet. she feels really good about herself and amalie helped her see that. so now natalie is the second biggest shamalie trash (first is pia of course).

"i love you, nat." amalie said as she hugged natalie.

"i love you so much." natalie smiled hugging her back. "okay let's go get breakfast now."
