"Where would you like me to sleep then?" I ask innocently, but know exactly what he's getting at.
"C'mere" Harry stretches his arm out towards me.
I don't know why this all feels so natural. Never in my nineteen years have I ever given in so easily to someone like like this. I'm not the most innocent girl in the world, but I don't usually just sleep in the same bed as someone just because they ask me to. But this feels good right now, maybe because I actually want to do it.
I lift myself off of Liam's bed and take Harry's out-stretched hand. He pulls me toward his bed and I follow his force and lay down next to him.
"This is much better than being all the way over there, don't you think?" Harry's raspy voice is only about a foot away from me.
"It's a lot warmer over here" I smile, telling the truth. Harry's body seems to be radiating heat right now, and I could feel it from where I'm laying.
"Cold are you?" Harry sits up and tugs the white blankets over his body and then mine.
"What a gentleman" I smile and look up to him to see a grin on his face as well. "Weird, the only times I've been in this bed, you've been dead asleep."
Harry laughs as if he's nervous, "Yeah, thanks again for that, by the way. My sleep hasn't been as peaceful as it should be."
I nod and say you're welcome. I'm not sure what he means by his comment, but I decide to leave it at that. This subject always seems to make him uncomfortable. I remember when Liam told me that he usually sleepwalks when he's upset about something, so perhaps staying on this subject would just be a little too personal for Harry and I.
"Anyway, should we go to bed now?" I ask reaching over to turn the lamp on the nightstand off.
When I turn to look at Harry's response his mouth is twisted into a smirk.
"I don't know, should we?" And I don't think I have ever anything more sexy in my life than when his deep voice says that.
I don't know what to say, so I don't speak. Harry scoots himself over to me on the bed. One of his hands reach around my back and the other towards my face and I surprisingly freeze up. In this moment, there's nothing I want more than to kiss him. His big green eyes are staring into mine, his hair is pushed back away from his flawless face, and his lips are slightly parted as if he's going to say something. I finally start to move toward him as I feel this force between us, like I would do anything to get just little closer to him.
"I know you can't resist me, Kat" he whispers into my ear as his finger tips brush against the skin on my back. An involuntary tingle rolls down my spine, ending where Harry's fingertips just were. I can't believe this is the same curly-haired boy I met a when I was sixteen years old. "Kiss me" he says softly, his lips grazing against my neck.
I bring my lips up just above his, almost touching, I decide to tease him a bit.
"Kiss me" I mimick him with a small smile but before I can catch another breath Harry's lips are pressed against mine.
His lips are soft and the motion of our mouths are smooth. Harry's tongue pushes against the opening of my pursed lips and I let him in instantly. His hands grip tighter around me and bring me closer to his chest. I bring my hand and rest it on the nape of his neck and place the other on the side of his head, with his curls between my fingers. His body relaxes and his lips pull away from mine, leaving room between our faces.
"I've been waiting to do this for a long time" Harry breaths.
"How long is a long time?" I ask and arch my eyebrow upwards.
"Since you walked in with Liam a few days ago, but it was even before that" Harry moves himself further to make eye contact with me. "Remember that one time at Liam's when we were all out back playing volleyball?"
"Yeah" I nod, remembering the whole summer my family spent in England with the Payne's. The boys would stay over a lot, sometimes even for days either at Liam's or Harry's.
"And you hit the ball at me and it hit me right in the nose?" Harry asks while I break away from his stare and roll onto my side in laughter.
"It actually really hurt" Harry chuckles along with me. Then he tickles my sides in order to get my attention again. I turn back over to face him and direct my eyes to his. "Anyway when I fell over from the immense pain on my face and Louis helped me up, you stood on the other side of the net and all you did was smile at me and you said 'Sorry Styles' and I just- I just wanted to kiss you so badly in that moment. I have ever since you said that."
"I made your nose bleed and you wanted to kiss me?" I giggle a little as I ask him.
"Yeah I guess so" Harry says through a smile.
"Well was it worth the two year wait?" I smile confidently and look up towards Harry's lips.
Harry's lip crash down on mine after my question and he cups my face in both of his hands.
He exhales, "Definitely."
