"Wake up" I hear a voice right next to me.
When I open my eyes, Drew is standing over me, already dressed in khaki shorts and a white polo shirt.
"What?" My voice is groggier than usual. But on the bright side of things, neither my stomach nor my head hurt from last night's activities.
"Get up, Uncle Geoff's taking us golfing" Drew commands.
"10:20, get up" Drew says as he leaves my room.
I climb out of bed and hurry across the hall to the bathroom to take one of the quickest showers ever. I brush my teeth and apply my make-up carefully, making sure my eye-liner is the thinnest it can be. I know the people at the country club will judge the shit out of me if I don't look exactly like the rest of them. So accordingly, I dress myself in a white skirt that I brought along with me just in case we decided to go golfing during the trip, a light blue t-shirt, and my white converses because I don't really have any other sneakers.
I walk into the living room and I'm met by Drew, my mom, Karen, and Geoff.
"Morning sleepyhead" Geoff greets me with a grin and grabs his keys. "Let's get going then."
"Great shot, Drew" Aunt Karen compliments him as he finishes his swing.
The sky above us is a light blue hue with a few white clouds blocking the sun from shining fully.
"Always had the best swing out of all of us" Uncle Geoff continues to praise Drew. Of course Drew's the best at golf, he's pretty much the best at any sport he does. He's probably the most athletic and competitive person I've ever met.
"What time is Liam coming home?" My mom asks Karen, or Geoff, I'm not quite sure.
"Him and all the boys should be home by two, this afternoon" Karen answers just before she chips her ball into the green.
"Perfect time in the day to go four-wheeling, right Aunt Karen?" Drew smiles.
Karen laughs, "I spoke to Liam last night and he said him and the boys are looking forward to it."
"You all better be careful out in the fields today" Geoff swings his club back a little bit and his ball lands about ten feet away from the hole. "It's been a bit wet back there recently."
"We'll wear helmets" I assure him.
"Of course ya will, have to protect those hollow heads" Uncle Geoff jokes and knocks his knuckles against the side of my head.
It's 2:23pm and Drew, Maddie, and I are relaxing on the couches in the living room, watching television after we changed out of our golf clothes.
"Hellllllo!" A voice booms through the house and my aunt and uncle race from the kitchen into the foyer.
"Liam!" I hear Karen scream.
My siblings and I then rush to the door. It's a mess of boys, bags, and smiles.
"Welcome home boys" Geoff announces and takes Zayn under his arm in a half-hug.
"Look who it is!" Louis yells when he sees me standing near the living room doorway. He runs up to deliver a big bear hug.
"Drew, what's up man?" Louis turns to my brother and gives him a hug as well.
"Kat!" Niall hugs me next.
"How's Vanessa?" I say quietly next to his ear.
Niall smirks, "Good."
"My favorite cousins all together" Liam drops his bag on the ground.
"What's up dude?" Drew smiles at Liam who automatically pulls him into a hug.
"How have you been?" Liam tightens his grip.
"Good, man. I missed ya" Drew lets go.
"Miss you too Drew" Liam turns to Madison. "Hey Mads!"
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Gray" I hear Zayn and Louis greet my mom.
"Oh, call me Angela" she says.
"Hey" Harry's standing in front of me wearing a white v-neck and black jeans. His hair looks unusually curly under a hat that he is wearing backwards and his tattoos are showing near his collarbones; he looks so causal.
"Hiiii" I reply and hook my arms around his neck.
"Alright enough. Let me hug my cousin" Liam pushes Harry and embraces me.
"How was Atlanta?" I ask both of them as Liam and I pull away from each other.
Harry answers first, "I went skinny dipping in the pool."
"Not the first time that's happened either" Zayn jumps into the conversation.
"I took a picture" Niall chimes in as well.
"So... Atlanta was good" Liam laughs while picking up his bags.
"So where is everyone sleeping?" Louis questions with his bag in his hands.
"I figured you boys could all stay in the den" Aunt Karen gestures towards the room past the kitchen. "I moved the couch and table so you can all snuggle on the floor together."
"Perfect" Zayn laughs and grabs his luggage.
"My dream come true" Niall makes his way to the den and the boys follow.
"Is Kat staying in the den too?" Louis jokingly asks Karen.
"Oh hush, Lou" she pushes him playfully and they both laugh.
"I'm going to have to lock my niece up to keep her away from you boys" Uncle Geoff adds.
"It's okay, I don't do boy bands" I smirk and look to Harry for his reaction and as I expected his mouth has formed a grin and his eyes are wide and PLAYFUL.
"Oh you just ruined Harry's dreams" Aunt Karen chuckles, placing her arm around Harry.
"I'm too good for her anyway" Harry turns around from the entrance to the den to look at my facial expression.
"Alright Styles" I roll my eyes and him and Aunt Karen laugh.
