Chapter 7- Gone

Last time:

"Misaki...remember,i'll be here for you at anytime"I closed my eyes,letting sleep take over.

Before I did,I heard him whisper

"Thanks Kumi...I'll be there for you too...."

Now:

I clinged onto Yata's arm like a koala bear as we walked down the busy street of Shizume City,Izumo had ordered Yata to bring me out for a walk,and he didn't let me bring my wheelchair!I pouted and give him my puppy eyes,trying to convince him to bring me back or just carry me,he didn't even look at me!!!

I sighed and checked my PDA,My eyes lit up as the map showed that there were a candy store near by,I immediately jumped up,

"Yata!There is a candy shop near by!!!Can we go?!Pretty Pleeeeease!!!"I shook him violently.

"Ok ok!!!Stop shaking my arm!"He growled,I grinned widely as I hugged him and kissed him on the cheek,which made him blush like crazy,I started dragging him towards the candy shop.

We walked a few blocks down before my watch sounded alarm,telling us that we had stepped into the blue's territory,I looked up,the shop was in my sight!!!I can't just give up on candy now!!!!

"Come on Yata!we'll go in and go straight back out!!!"I said as he growled and followed me into the shop,I looked out,there is so much to choose from!

"Hello!How can I help you?"The female cashier asked as I looked at her and give her a little fake smile,since I intend to smile less outside,for some reason,many had told me that,includ Mikoto.

"We are just looking,thank you"I said as I grabbed onto Yata's shirt before he could run away,I picked out various flavors of lollipops,chocolates,I even found Candy Canes!I bought like 30 each as I brought them to the front cashier

"That'll be 4300 yen(around 50 Canadian dollars) Miss"I pulled out my wallet and gave her my money as she give me back my change,I collected all my candy into a bag as I grabbed my luggage aka Yata Misaki and walked out.

"You looked like you were dead before you saw that shop..."He murmured as we jogged out of the blue's territory,I opened a Lollipop and shoved it into his mouth,he was taken by surprise,I smiled and popped a chocolate in my mouth,I was about to say something,but I was suddenly pulled to the side as a strike of blue aura striked past my,I blinked and slowly turned around.

Standing in front of me were 3-4 blue clansmen,on ready position,my heart clenched in pain as I saw Saruhiko among them,I grabbed Misaki by the arm before he could do anything stupid.

"Ne,We came with no harm"I stated in a innocent voice,with little to no warmth.

"You are still trespassing out territory!" A tall, fair-skinned young man with orange hair and green eyes said as he gripped onto his saber,I tilted my head.

"It's not our fault that the candy shop is in your territory~"I said,a little smirk raising up,I popped another chocolate into my mouth after.

"Ne,this don't have to turn into a fight"I stated,after finishing my chocolate,my watch beeped in alarm as I looked at it,I sighed.

"Well,I have more important thing to attend to now"I smiled a little as I tugged onto Yata's shirt,he was glaring daggers at Fushimi the whole time,it felt like if I wasn't there,they would've started fighting already,

"Sayōnara!~"I waved before red aura/flames burst up around us,we took the chance and sprinted back to HOMRA,well...More like me sprinting and dragging Yata behind with me(and my candy!!!)

We ran a marathon back to HOMRA,I was panting a tiny bit before feeling my legs hurting soooo badly,my knees buckled as I fell towards the ground,I felt someone catching me as I looked up to see Mikoto,who looked like he just woken up,he lifted me up and carried my bridal style into the Bar

"Mi-Mikoto-san..."Yata whispered as he grabbed my bags my candy and followed us,Mikoto set me down on the couch as Tatara ran over to see what's wrong.

"Nothing big,I just overused my legs today..."I said with a reassuring smile,Tatara frowned and went to get me some ice pack.

"You are in pain"I heard Anna as I turned my head towards her,she was looking at me though her marble,I sighed and nodded.

"You saw him today didn't you?When you were getting candy"I flinched,but nodded

"You got in trouble with the blues,for trespassing"I sighed and nodded once again.

"It was for the candy!!!"I exclaimed as I felt something extremely cold on my leg,I yelped in surprise as I saw Tatara with an ice pack in his hands,pressing the ice packs against my legs,I smiled at him and took them,holding them myself.

"Ne,Mikoto,I got in trouble with the blues today,will it be ok?"I asked as Mikoto lit a cigarette and nodded,I immediately covered my nose and mouth with my hands,refusing to inhale any smoke,in case it triggers my asthma,he sighed at my action and went outside to smoke,I sighed as I let my hands down,I gave Anna a lollipop,she thanked me and started eating it,I smiled back and opened my own lollipop,I rested my head against the soft cushion behind me,as I referred back to our encounter tonight,I sighed

~I guess this is it Saru,Our path as split,You walking down your own while I walked beside Misaki,Huh...Nothing will ever be the same again,my feelings for you,will be buried with my broken heart,along with my memories...~

I sighed and opened my eyes,I shifted in my seat and walked upstairs,ignoring Tatara's call behind me,I walked to my room as I found an empty box,I collected everything he had given me and reminded me of him,A bracelet that I made him wear that was matching mine,Math problems we had work on together,a throwing knife I took from him,many photos of Yata,him,and I,even my black-framed glasses,I closed the lid and walked back down stairs and walked back out,once again,ignoring Tatara.

I walked to the same alley when I found out he left us,I knew Yata was behind me,I sighed and looked behind me.

"You don't have to hide Misaki"I said as I earned a growl from him,He came out of his hiding spot.

"Don't call me that"I stuck my tongue out at him as he walked beside me,he looked at the box and back at me"What is this for?"

"Everything that reminded me of...Him"I replied as I flickered my finger,a small flame had formed up,I took out a bottle of gas I had brought along with me as I dumped the whole bottle onto the box.

"You might want to step back"I warned as I brought my hand down to the box,I immediately jumped back as the box bursted into flames,I looked at Yata.

"What?You are welcome to copy my idea"I said as I casually walked back to the Bar,Yata following me closely.

Hello guys!Yep!another  update this week!

Its around the high school's exams week,So i decided to post before the exams,and after that my posting schedule will return to normal.
