Chapter 15- Moments before

Last Time:

"Sure!The ghost I saw-"

"Shut up!i don't need that talk!!!"Yata hit Rikio on the shoulder,I laughed.

"Hey"Tatara said,I looked over to him,seeing that he had made a "hand camera".

"...What are you doing?"Mikoto asked,I blinked and smiled like I would at a real camera.

"Just for a bit"Tatara said"I wanted to press my heart's shutter!"

Now:

The days got a lot colder, it haven't snowed yet, but we are getting the winter vibe at this point here.

"ANNNNAAAA!!!"I screeched as I skipped down the stairs before picking the little girl up,I ruffled her head smiled."the new mall is opening today,you wanna come?"She nodded as I set her back onto the ground.

"Mikoto,we are going out to XXX center alright!"I called out.

"yeah...."A lazy voice replied from upstairs,I grinned and grabbed two motorcycle helmets,I put one on myself and the other one on Anna,I got on my new motorcycle,which I got for my birthday from all the HOMRA members.

~TIME SKIP~

"Here we are Anna!"I cheered and parked the bike,I helped Anna off and locked the bike and the helmets away.

The new mall was a ball like glass building,reflecting off of the warm sunshine,I smiled and lead Anna inside,I kept running forward and my head was turned to the back,talking to Anna.

"Becareful!"Anna's warning came in too late,as I crashed into someone and fell to the ground.

"I'm so sorry miss!"A male voice came in front of me,I looked up to see a thin male teenager of average height with messy, white hair and amber-colored eyes,The boy held out his hand as I hesitantly took it.

"I'm very sorry miss!"He apologized once again,I shook it off and smiled at him to unsure that I was ok, before running off with Anna again,missing the mischievous smile that had appeared on his face.

Tomorrow is Anna's birthday, the rest of HOMRA needed time to set up the room, speaking of which, it was quite a lot of thinking into what we were going to do.

*Flash back*

It was what we call a normal day in HOMRA. Mikoto was sleeping upstairs with Anna. I was lying down on the couch, taking a rest after a patrol.Izumo was shining his glass set behind the counter, and the rest of boys gathered together, talking about something.

"Gentleman " Tatars started in a serious tone, the room immediately became quiet. I looked at Tatara, as he continued "and ladies."

I smiled, giving him a nod of approval as he continued "The upcoming December 8th, is our young princess, Anna's birthday." The room echoed with gasps of surprise.

"So basically, I think we should plan out Anna's surprise birthday party!"Tatara declared, I immediately sat up.

"Ooh! This will be sooooo fun!" I screeched, now jumping up and down in my seats.

"Well, i think it'd be impossible to make it a surprise...You really think she won't notice?" Izumo asked from behind the counters.

"That's true-our plans could easily be spilled out to her"Tatara said.

"Well, Even if she figures out our plan, we just need to surprise her by making it more extravagant than what she imagines"Yata suggested, I nodded in agreement.
