Yooooo, another update! What?! Anyways, hope you guys enjoy!

It was mainly a filler chapter but I think it's pretty good. If there's any typos that need fixing just comment and let me know I already went through the chapter to edit but I could have missed some things.

"Since this mission is top secret, the only people who know of it will be me and certain Land of Snow officials. They asked for two of you specifically. Yuzuki, Shikamaru, do not let me down."

Now Yuzuki understood why she was able to go on this mission. The Recon Mission would be too high profile. Too out in the open. The entire village would know that Team Kakashi was leaving. Meanwhile, none of the villagers would know she was gone, which also meant that no other villages would know she was outside the safety of the Leaf. That and this team of ninja was probably much more capable of getting out of an ambush type of situation. No offense to Sakura and Naruto.

What confused Yuzuki, though, was that she was asked for specifically. She assassinated a Feudal Lord, and was a part of a terrorist organization.

"Tsunade, why was I asked for by the Land of Snow specifically? Aren't they weary of me given my... history?"

The Hokage ignored the lack of a formal address as she answered her questions, "The Land of Snow isn't worried about you. In fact, they think you're a hero."

An expression of bewilderment crossed Yuzuki's features. "What?"

"The Land of Tea and the Land of Snow were about to go to war because the Feudal Lord of the Land of Tea was ordering their ninja to ambush the Land of Snow ninja continuously without provocation. They even tried to assassinate the crown princess of the Land of Snow. When you killed the Land of Tea's Feudal Lord, it all stopped."

The teen did not know what to feel. She was seen as a villain in most lands but in the Land of Snow she was hailed as a hero. It didn't change the fact that the Land of Tea was left in chaos because of the loss of their leader. Quickly launching into a civil war. Many lives were destroyed as a result of what she'd done.

"Anyways, according to the man who came to us, the Land of Glass has gained the upper hand. They've crossed the border into the Land of Snow and are encroaching on small villages. The Land of Snow has lost many men. They needed a strategist, a weapons expert, tracking expert, and someone to motivate the soldiers. Neji, you're taking the lead on this mission. Whatever you say, goes."

Yuzuki already knew this would be a disaster but, now that Neji was leading the mission it could end up being even worse.

"You leave at midnight tonight. No one else can know you're going on this mission. I'm counting on you guys."

Yuzuki was packing her backpack, her actions frantic and her tone panicked as she talked to Otaru. "I haven't seen Neji since I tried to make up with him the day I was pardoned. He's going to make this mission a nightmare for me!"

The large dog rolled his eyes as he hopped up onto the twin bed in Yuzuki's bedroom. "You know he's more mature than that."

"Maybe. But, he was so angry the last time we spoke, he definitely won't make this easy."

"You'll be fine. You can use this as your chance to get close to him again!"

Yuzuki turned to her furry companion bearing a deadpan expression. "Really? On a mission? When he hates me?"

"It's as good a time as any," Otaru reasoned. "If you don't use this opportunity to do it yourself, I will do it for you."

"No!"
