--A week later--
"Luceo?"
"Hoy! Gising na!"
I heaved a sigh. Sira na talaga ang alarm clock ko. Good thing na ginising ako nito.
I slowly open my eyes and saw the blank ceiling. Bumangon ako at dumeretso sa banyo para maghugas and do all my rituals.
"Hoy, gising na! Umaga na!" Sigaw nya pa sa pinto.
"Sandali!" Sigaw ko rin.
Now that I'm all packed up, I quickly wear all my uniform and buttoned down my shirt and wear my necktie.
"Eto na! Eto na!" Bigla ko namang binuksan ang pinto at bumungad sakin ang muka ng roommate ko. Still wearing his pajamas, messed-up hazelnut hair and wore-out drowsy eyes.
"Di ka pa bihis?"
"Nagbihis ka agad?"
Sabay naming sabi. Wait what? Anong oras na ba?
"Anong oras na ba?" I quickly asked. Baka magsabay pakami eh.
"6:30am roughly." He said while yawning. This guy need some rest.
"Maaga pa pala. Bakit mo ako tinatawag?" Tanong ko pa. Napakagulo ng roommate ko, but for some reason, nagugustuhan ko sya. Except for the part where he always shouts at my door begging to open it just to know if I woke up.
"Dude. I'm hungry and you know that I can't cook. please!" Pagmamakaawa nya sakin. Napakamot na lang ako ng ulo dahil dito.
"So you wake me up at 6 in the morning because you're unsatisfied with your breakfast." I said with a gleam. A sarcastic gleam.
"Wala ka talagang friendship goals! Sige na!" He replied na may kasamang pamimilit.
'Nuisance.' I murmured.
"Katanda-tanda na, kahit fried egg. Bulong ko pa na alam kong narinig nya.
"Ow don't be like that. Don't worry, sasamahan kita mamaya. I'll be your tour guide for this day." He smiled genuinely. Napakamot naman ako ng ulo dahil dito.
"I can only make pancakes." I said while making the stove and the pan ready. Just a 3 pieces of pancakes should be enough for this glutton.
He heard the butter being fried while I circling it around the pan. Of course, I make something for myself too. Nakita nya naman ang pancake na may caramel at chocolate syrup na nagpasaya sa umaga nya.
"Thank you! A lot! Sana ganyan rin ang magiging asawa ko sa the future!" He exaggerated.
"Bakla." I abruptly said and place the 3 pieces of pancakes in the plate.
"No homo though. Patapusin mo muna kasi ako!" Singhal nya.
"Here." I hand him over the pancakes and make his eyes glitter. Juvenile.
"Clean the dishes. Para may magawa ka sa buhay mo." Pabiro kong sinabi sa kanya.
"Opo, ambassador of house 23B!" Pagtawag nya sakin.
