----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Aden's POV
I've never been this nervous around anyone before, sometimes if feels like I'm going crazy.
I never really imagined myself dating a guy, but Nick......I don't know, I like him. We don't have a ton in common but not everybody wants to date a copy of themselves. I like that he shows me a side to himself that no one but me knows about. I just wish he would open up more. Maybe I'm being too selfish but I don't like secrets, I mean who does?
I try to focus back on the boy currently connected to my lips. He smells so good, a mixture of pine and mint candy that he must have eaten before.
My jacket was unbuttoned and tossed along with his.
He deepens his kiss pulling me in more at which point I lose all train of thought. My arms make there way around his neck naturally. His hand glides down my back to my thigh as his other combs through my hair. The hand on my thigh tightens slightly and he pulls my left leg up to his waist as he moves a bit faster.
He breaths in only receding from my lips for a second. Then I feel his other hand cup my ass as he lifts me up. I moan in response.
I straddle him as he carries and walks over to a sofa, placing me down. Him on top of me, I can feel HIM hard pressing against my lower half as his lips peck up and down my neck.
Then my mind started wondering again. Why does he like me? I mean I am pretty awesome and all but I'm sure he could get someone better. Maybe he's ugly, not that I'd care. No, he most likely isn't considering his social statue at school and the fact the that one weird bitch threatened me. Ok so he's not ugly, maybe he's one of those people that like to date disabled people because they crave being needed but he's dead wrong if he thinks I need anyone.
At this point I was totally out of the action rather focusing solely on my inner monologue. Then it dawned on me the thing he never asked me and I needed to know why.
"Hey Nick." I say tapping him on the shoulder.
"Hmm?" He acknowledges while still kissing up and down my neck, obviously not sharing my concern.
"Can I ask you a question?" I ask with all seriousness.
"Right now?" He retorts in disbelief. He lifts himself off me slightly, I can feel his minty breath hit my face.
"Yeah" I reply slyly.
His head falls on my shoulder as he groans in frustration.
"Ok babe." He says kissing my jaw one last time before shifting off me so we are spooning on the sofa.
"I've been wondering, why haven't you asked me why I'm blind? I mean usually it's the first thing people ask."
"Should I have asked?" He asked sounding nervous.
"Well it's a little strange that you haven't asked."
It was silent for a moment as he thought about my question. "Your right, I guess I just didn't even think about it too much. One minute we were fighting every time we saw each other and the next we are making out every time. Besides I'd figured you'd tell me when you were ready but if you want me to ask I will."
