Five months have passed since my first date with Lute and I couldn't be happier. I know what you're thinking. You probably thought that I was going to say "and I couldn't be more depressed" or something along those lines. Well, I'm surprisingly not. That doesn't mean that I'm completely over the fact that I lost all of my family members, but I have amazing friends and Lute to help me through it. I couldn't have gotten this far without them. It's incredible how much friendship can help cheer you up.
"Rikiya! Wake up!" A loud, booming voice echoes into my ear, practically breaking my eardrums. I groan and cover my ears before looking to see who it was. I come face to face with Clover, who looks like she's ready to punch someone. Never get on Clover's bad side. I tell you, she can be super scary.
"Why are you yelling?!" I ask in annoyance as I keep my ears covered with my hands. She scowls at me and crosses her arms.
"Because now is not the time to be dillydallying," she explains with an exasperated sigh, "Rikiya, we've been friends since we could speak. You should know that I have waited so long for my wedding day and I want it to be perfect!" Right, I forgot to mention. Clover is getting married today. Actually, correct that, her, Rin, and I are getting married today. Yeah, the boys proposed, we all said yes, and now here we are. The king was a little hesitant to have our weddings all at the same time, but Rin and Clover are quite persistent when they want to be.
"Yeah, but we've got plenty of time," I respond as I point to the clock. She huffs as she taps her foot on the ground and gives me the stink-eye. "Alright, fine. I'm going." She smirks at me with a victorious grin making me roll my eyes. She looks beautiful as ever. She's wearing a lavender colored, strapless, wedding dress that has large flower made from the same material of the dress and it has sequins on one side of the dress. It looks incredible. Her hair is tied up into a bun and she let small strips of hair hang beside her face. Her makeup is on point too. She has on a soft purple color on her eyes and a plum colored lip balm on her lips.
"Clove, can you zip me up?" Rin asks as she fiddles with the zipper in the back of her dress. I glance over at Rin to see her in an elegant, long sleeve, mint green wedding dress. The sleeves rest just below her shoulders and the sleeves have a pretty, lacy pattern on them. A lacy pattern covers mostly the upper part of the dress and a bit at the bottom. Her hair is swept off to one side and one, loose, curled piece of hair hangs hangs on the other side. Either way, she looks just as amazing as her sister. I'm kind of jealous of how pretty they are.
