It's a week later, I've made a full recovery. Yes, it only took about a week or so, but I heal pretty quickly. I've had lots of encouragement too from everyone. Every day, everyone visited me and asked me how I was doing. I never felt so loved. I feel like even though everyone found out that I'm girl that they would act awkward around me, but they haven't. They've all been acting normal and joking around with me. I'm glad that nobody is awkward about me being a girl.
I start training again today. I'm so excited. Oh and Rin and Clover have decided to join in on the training as well. They both thought that it was time that they learned to defend themselves in case if anything happened to us knights and we weren't able to save them. However, all of the other knights have been having trouble fighting them because they're the princesses.
Also, speaking of which, Haku and Shion admitted their undying love for Clover and Rin and swore to always protect them. Of course, they both shared the same feelings for the boys. There was just the problem of convincing the king. I mean, after all, Haku and Shion aren't royalty. It took a lot of convincing, a lot of yelling, a lot of arguing, and a lot of running away threats. To be honest, it was quite funny to listen to, but in the end the king finally agreed to let them be together. I think even a wedding is planned around five months from now.
"Rikiya, hurry up," Shion tries to hurry me along in a hushed voice, "Haku's asleep right now, but we've got to hurry." I nod in response. Shion and I are finally deciding to get back at Haku for dumping water on us that first day of training when we first came to the palace. Man, I had the shivers all through practice. It was rough and now we're getting revenge. We both decided to get up extra early before everybody else, that's mostly why we're being super quiet.
"I'm coming," I respond as I hurry after him, "Is the bucket filled?" He nods in response as he shows me the bucket. We smirk at each other as we approach Haku's room. Now that I'm thinking about it, what if Clover is in there right now. Well, I guess we'll try to pour it more on Haku than on Clover. I quietly and carefully turn the knob of Haku's room and open the door. I can hear the faint sound of snoring. "Ok, let's go." Shion nods as he follows after me into the room. We creep up towards Haku's bed where Haku is sound asleep. Clover is thankfully not in the bed with him. We sneak up right next to Haku's bed.
"Damn, this thing is heavy," Shion comments as he grunts to lift it up. I scoff in response. "What, it is." I don't think it would be that heavy for a guy to lift above his head.
"If you think it's that heavy then go lift some weights, pump some iron, get big and beefy," I suggest with a shrug before smirking, "You know, get some meat on those scrawny bones of yours." His expression falters at this and he puts the bucket down on the ground.
"What are you saying, that I'm weak?" He asks as he frowns at me. I decide to have a little fun with him and shrug with a hint of mischief.
"Well, not necessarily," I respond with an unsure tone, "All I'm saying is that you're not that strong." He scowls at me and crosses his arms.
"I am too strong!" He protests in assurance. My eyes widen as I reach up and cover his mouth with my hand. I glance over at Haku to see if he's woken up, but he simply groans in annoyance before turning over in his bed and continues to snore. I sigh in relief as I remove my hand from Shion's face and glare at him.
"Stop shouting, you're going to wake him and ruin the whole revenge plan," I whisper through gritted teeth. He goes to argue, but I beat him to it. "Look, I was just kidding, but if you want to yell at me then save it for after this." He sighs and gives a nod as he picks up the bucket of water. He lifts it over Haku and tilts, ready to pour it onto him. "Ready and now." With one solid motion, Shion pours the bucket of ice cold water on Haku. "Special morning delivery!"
