I went to my locker to collect my items for math and trotted along to class. Ethan was standing outside the classroom and snickered rudely at my presence.

"Good to see you too, Dolan." I said under my breath.

We sat in math and I continued to feel wads of paper hit the back of my head, and like usual, Iignored them.

After class I walked out trying to avoid Ethan and his clique, failing miserably.

"Brandy!" Ethan said as he bumped into me shoving me over. I tried to pretend I didn't hear him and continued walking to my locker. He followed.

"Come on babe, I'm sorry, truly." Likely story Dolan.

I opened my locker revealing a thick rope with a letter attached that stated 'hope this is large enough to fit around your fat neck.'

I stared at it in disbelief and couldn't move. I teared up and tried to not let Ethan see me, and feel like he won.

"Brandy show off your gift that my boy Jacob got you!" He didn't know. I could hear it in his voice, he was curious. "Brandy, you know not to ignore me!" He said angrily.

I slowly turned around, more hurt that ever with tears blurring my vision.

"Now she can join her mommy!" Someone made 'aww' noises and they laughed together. Except for Ethan. He seemed unamused.

I ran off with it in my hand and ignored my name being called in the background.
