It's Quiet Uptown

Green room: two hours before show
I saw Jonathan and my besties talking I decided to walk over to them and see what they were talking about. "Whatcha talking about?!" I say "Nothing," said Jonathan quickly. "Ookay then." I turn around and look around for Pippa.
"Hi Pippa." I say once I found her she was sitting next to Renee "Hi what's up?" "The sky." I said gloomy "What's wrong?" I told her that I think Jonathan doesn't actually want me, and that I don't belong. She hugged me and said "He loves you but he's a little busy." I love it when Pippa hugs me she is just the person you want to be with when your blue. I sat up "Thanks," she smiled "Well of course!" Renee was talking to Chris so she didn't really notice that I was talking to Pippa if you were wondering what she was doing. Pippa got up and went to go talk to Jonathan about what I said. He looked at me I looked away and acted as if I was talking to Renee. I looked back and he was frowning and had a worried look on his face I quickly look away again I wanted to cry. I got up and ran out the back door. I sat against the wall and started crying the door opened and it was Pippa "Zoe?!" I didn't answer instead I ran to the front of the theater and sit back down my face in my knees. Someone saw me "Excuse me?" They say in a funny voice,I look up  and wipe off the tears "Are you okay?" She asked then I realized who it was "Lany?" I say getting up "Why yes it's me!" She says "At least I think so." I laughed "What are you doing here?!" She told me that she was going here for something her dad had to do and she would be here for two weeks. "So why were you crying?" "Oh, nothing." She didn't seem convinced I hear Pippa calling for me I wipe my eyes some more and tell Lany that if anyone asked that I was at a pizza place. "Okaaayy?" I ran up the street and slowed down while going pass a StarBucks It wouldn't hurt to get some! I think and go inside.
I walked back out after finishing my Carmel Frappe then start running again. I didn't know where I was going I just knew I was going somewhere. I decided to go near the harbor and look at the water for a while and take a break. I hear my name again but it sounded like Jonathan's voice I turn around and for sure Jonathan Groff is running after me with Pippa and Renee not far behind. They stopped in front of me tourists and locals started to stare it felt a lil uncomfortable. Then out of no where Daveed and Philip where running to me too and once they got to me Philip said out of breath"You really thought you could get rid of us that easily?!"  I walk up to him and hug him patting his hair and doing the same to Daveed without saying a word. I hug Pippa and Renee then look at Jonathan and mumble "Sorry," I look at the water and dive in (I'm a good swimmer) I managed to swim to the next dock with out getting eaten or loosing my breath only twice I went up for air. I came out the water and people were staring at me my messy bun was brought down and my jeans were soaked with my Hamilton shirt. I literally felt like Percy Jackson at that moment. I get passed the crowd and find an alleyway and go into it.
