"Luhan, come here!" I squealed. My best friend ran over to me, panting. "What's wrong, (Y/N)?" he asked curiously.

I stood up, grabbed his hand, and opened it. "Here." I whispered and you dropped something in his hand.

"What is it?"

"It's a bracelet I made out of rocks from this park." I explained."I love it! Oh, I have something to give you, too." he replied and dug his hand into his pocket.

"Open your hand." he commanded. I did so and he opened his hand to drop something into mine, but nothing happened.

"A-Air?" I asked, confused.

"No, silly. Look closer." he chuckled. I leaned in next to his face and examined my palm. "Luhan, I still don't se-"

He pecked my cheek.

"It was my kiss."

I turned to him and smiled. "What was that for?" I giggled.

"No reason. Just don't forget that. Okay?" he said. "I won't." I simply replied.

"Pinky promise?" he asked, holding out his pinky.

I interlocked my pinky with his tightly.

"I promise."

That was 11 years ago. When I was 7, and he was 8. Now I'm 18 years old, but I live in Korea. Luhan moved back to China a week after that day in the park. He seemed so worried when he told me not to forget it.

Now I knew why.

I have known Luhan ever since we were born because my mom was best friends with his mom. He never kept secrets from me, except for his sudden departure. It hurt so much to see him leave, but it hurt me more that he never told me.

Because I was deeply in love with him.

"(Y/N)! Get the phone, its for you!" eomma yelled.

That's weird, I have no friends except for Joohyun, but she usually calls me on my cell phone. I grabbed the phone and and pressed the button.

"Yeoboseyo?" I asked.

"(Y/N)? Is this really you?" an older voice asked. "Who is this?" I questioned. "This is Luhan's appa. Remember? Oh, you're so grown up now!" the voice on the other line chuckled. "Ah~! Mianhae! Oh, its been so long! How are you?" I squealed.

I was quite close with him when my dad was overseas for business. "I'm fine, but I think someone wants to talk to you." he explained. "Appa~! Is it her?" I faintly heard in the background.

Who was it?

"(Y/N)! It's been 11 years, so it's nice to hear your voice again!" a male voice said randomly. I was really confused, but I absent - mindedly replied, "Yeah, I know, right?"

"Well I have a surprise! I am going to school with you! I'm so sorry I can't continue this awkwardly short conversation, but I have to go. See you soon!" he yelled and the line went dead.

Wait...what?

Who was Luhan's appa talking about? I was starting to feel frightened. It couldn't be Luhan. He is probably traveling around the world like he had always dreamed about when we were little.

So then who could it be?

- Luhan -

After I hung up, my heart couldn't stop fluttering like a girl. I was finally going to see her again.

My childhood love.

--

- You -

It was Monday.

Ugh.

I slid out of bed and fell onto the floor, face down. I groaned with pain and finally decided to stand up. I walked into the bathroom and came out 20 minutes later looking somewhat pretty.

I barely had any eyeshadow on, a little blush, and lip gloss. I was skinny, fair skinned, had brown hair, and big eyes. I was decent, I suppose. After looking through my closet for 7 minutes, I found my uniform: a plaid blue skirt, white knee socks, a collared shirt with my school logo on it, and my blue cardigan with the school logo, too.

I put my hair in a side ponytail and finished with a small blue bow. I sighed and slipped on my glasses, looking in the vanity while weakly smiling. I slipped on my black flats and walked into the kitchen. "Morning, eomma." I greeted. "Good morning, (Y/N)." she replied, handing me a plate full of pancakes.

I swallowed my last bite and headed to the door, swinging my backpack over my shoulder. "Have a good day at school!" your mom sang awkwardly.

She never does that. Something was different.

I walked to school and met Joohyun at the lockers. "Omo, did you see the new guy? He is so cute!" she whispered. "No, what's his name?" I asked. "Here he comes now!" she squealed, ignoring my question.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes at the fact of how she always does this. I grabbed my books then walked backwards, slowly backing away from her.

"Yah, (Y/N)! Don't stare at me like I'm a freak!" she yelled. I just laughed and turned around. There was a heavy impact and the next thing I knew, I was sitting on the floor while my books scattered everywhere

"Ah! Mianhae!" someone apologized and crouched down to help me gather my books. We both reached for my math book and I immediately saw something I thought I would never seen again.

"Hey, where'd you get that bracelet?" I asked curiously.

"Oh, my friend gave it to me." he replied. It was made of rocks with drilled holes, attached to a brown string.

"It can't be...." I whispered. "Pardon?" he asked. We both stood up and I shook my head.

"Oh, gomawo." I thanked as he handed me my books.

"Um...by any chance...did you receive that bracelet from a girl?" I asked, never even looking at his face. "Yes, but why are you so interested in it?" he asked, surprised.

I finally looked up at him.

He had light brown hair and he was fairly tall. For the first time, you guys made eyes contact.

Those eyes were so familiar.

"Luhan?"
