Chapter 2 ~ TouchDown Dance

Genesis P.O.V

I hummed slightly, straightening out my outfit. Today we are shooting a video for our new song 'Touchdown Dance'. This is the last video we're recording before we go off to Hawaii for some much needed vacation time. It just sucks that the fans have to wait until we get back to see the video. I shrugged fixing my hair slightly before walking out of the changing room they set up for us in a trailer.

I walked on set saying my hellos to the crew before joining the guys. 

"Hey Gen! You look beautiful!" Gabe said putting an arm around me. I giggled slightly

"Not looking too bad yourself Gabe" I said winking playfully. I felt and arm slide around my waist. I glanced back staring into a pair of brown eyes. 

"Hey beautiful" Dana mumbled. I blushed slightly backing away from him. 

"Dana! Our managers are here! If they see us the-" He cut me off

"Don't worry Gen, they're all over there by the food tent" Dana said pointing to where our managers were eating. I sighed slightly

"Still...I don't wanna get in trouble..." I mumbled looking down. Dana put his finger under my chin and made me look up at him. 

"Don't worry....nothing's gonna happen!" He said with a nod. "I won't let anything bad happen" He added. I smiled nodding. He smiled leaning in and kissing me

"Ok, not that I'm happy that you two are FINALLY together or anything...but can you NOT!!!" Will said crossing his arms over his chest. Dana and I pulled away laughing slightly. 

"Is someone feeling a little lonely Will?" Dalton teased. Will scoffed

"N-no" He said rolling his eyes. "I would just rather not see Dana and Gen suck each others faces off" He said with a shrug. I cringed slightly

"Ew Will! When you put it like that...Well..." I said slowly pushing Dana away from me. Dana looked over at me with wide eyes

"Seriously?!" He said shaking his head. I giggled slightly

"Go away Dana, I don't wanna suck your face" I said laughing. Dana tried really hard to keep a straight face but ended up laughing. 

"Alright everyone, ready to start recording?!" The director said walking over to us

"Lets do this!!" Cole said with a nod.

"Alright so all you two have to do, is act all lovey dovey while you walk down the side walk...pretty simple" The director said giving Dana and I a thumbs up. How ironic that the two of us (actually being in a relationship) get to play a couple in a music video. My only concern is that people start noticing that maybe we really are dating. That cannot happen! At least not yet. 

Dana smiled at me interlocking our hands together. I was about to pull away but the director yelled action and we both began to walk down the street. 

"She told me she loved me, said all the ways I changed her life" Dana sang looking down at me. I smiled up at him as we continued to walk down the street

"She likes how I freak it, I ain't moving like Usher in her eyes!" He sang standing in front of me and dancing slightly. I giggled looking down. He reconnected our hands as we made our way towards a building

"I wanna tell the world just what she means to me" He sang pulling me closer into his side. I blushed looking down. God I hope no one noticed that!

"I'll take her love and show 'em that she's all I need!" He continued smiling at me. I bit my lip staring up at him

"She told me she loves me so I'm gonna celebrate this win" He sang once we reached the building. I hugged him and when we pulled away I leaned in and kissed his cheek. SHIT! I was NOT supposed to do that!! He smiled wide.

"And do my touchdown dance!" He sang smiling from ear to ear as he walked away and jumped up in the air capping his feet together like an idiot. I couldn't help but to start laughing. He was practically fan girling over a kiss on the cheek. 

The directors called the take and walked over to us. I gulped feeling hella nervous .

"You guys!!" He said once he reached us. "That was amazing!!!" He said smiling wide. I sighed in relief. Oh thank goodness! I was afraid he was gonna be mad or something!

"It looked absolutely natural! And that whole kiss on the cheek bit when Dana walked away fangriling was perfect!! Great job you two! Great Job!" He said giving us two thumbs up. Once he walked away I leaned my head on Dana's shoulder

"Thank goodness he didn't flip shit!" I mumbled. Dana chuckled

"Thank goodness our managers didn't say anything about it" Dana whispered. I took my head off his shoulder and stared up at him with wide eyes

"Oh my god Dana! What if they do say something! What if they are just waiting for us to finish up here! They're probably gonna pull us into a meeting and who knows what they are gonna do to us!!" I said all together. Dana put his hands on my arms rubbing them softly

"Relax Gen!! They're not gonna flip shit!! And if they do question us about that kiss on the cheek we're gonna tell them that the director told us to act like a couple, so that's what we did" Dana said calmly. I'm still so amazed at how calm he is during any situation. 

"Have I ever told you that I love you?" I whispered. He blushed smiling wide. 

"Maybe once or twice" He said with a wink. I giggled. I looked around quickly before standing up on my tippy toes to kiss him.

"This sneaking around thing is actually kinda fun" he said smirking. "gives you a bad girl image" He added. I rolled my eyes shoving him slightly. He chuckled

"I'm just joking" He said laughing. I giggled

"Dork" I mumbled. He smiled

"Your dork" He added. I blushed looking away

"Stop doing that" I said as we walked towards the guys

"Doing what?" Dana asked with a smirk. "Oh...stop making you blush?!" He teased only causing me to blush even more. 

"You're a real pain sometimes ya know?!" I said shaking my head. He chuckled

"Yeah but you love me anyways" He said with a shrug. I giggled

"That I do Dana...that I do" I mumbled

"Hey a couple days from now we'll be in Hawaii! Ya know what that means?" Dana asked stopping me from walking any further. I looked up at him and raised an eyebrow

"We can finally rest?" I asked confused. Dana wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close to him. 

"We can finally have some time for just the two of us...without having to worry about management seeing us together" He said biting his lip. I giggled

"Just the two of us?" I raised an eyebrow. He chuckled

"Just you and I" He said with a nod.

"I love the sound of that" I mumbled. He smiled. "Then again, I love the idea of just being with you in general...doesn't really matter where" I added. He blushed

"Gosh I love you" He said biting his lip. God those lip bites! I swear they'll be the death of me

"I love you too" I mumbled leaning up to kiss him.
