Ashley found herself on the train once more, only this time she wasn't alone.

Taylor sat beside her, looking warily around her at the busy train full of normals, crazies and those strange people in between.

"It's like another world" she whispered.

Ashley smiled. Taylor was just so innocent.

The two girls sat on the train which was headed back to New Jersey. Taylor was going to Ashley's house and honestly, Ashley was nervous about it. Her apartment was the literal definition of a trash heap.

They arrived in New Jersey and Ashley took Taylor's hand and led her out of the train. Taylor gasped as she took in the area around her. The broken bottles littered the tracks and the platform, the rubbish in the corner, the sound of the train squealing as it left the station and the horrible smell of pee.

Ashley sighed "Welcome to New Jersey. This is normal."

(It's a new soundtrack, I could dance to this beat forever more)

She led Taylor out onto the streets, who gripped her hand so tight that Ashley feared that her circulation would be cut off, as they walked through the dark streets.

Ashley's apartment sat on the other side of town. However, all they had to do was cross the river and keep going in a straight line to the apartment block that sat at the very end.

"Now" Ashley said upon arrival "I warn you, it's a little messy, I didn't know you were going to suggest coming here, but I can clean while you're here, if it makes things more comfortable" she took out her key and proceeded to unlock the door.

"Nah, it's okay, i've been around clean homes for a while, I need a change in scenery" Taylor said.

The front door swung open and Taylor followed Ashley into the apartment. It was small, but cozy. The living room and kitchen were knocked into one room and there was a door on the left hand side that led to the bedroom and bathroom.

Ashley was right, it was a little messy. But only a little. Magazines littered the coffee table as well as mugs and plates on the counter and floor. But it was clean otherwise.

Taylor perched herself onto the sofa and looked at the magazines. They were mostly music magazines.

"Do you mind if I smoke?" Ashley asked.

"Not at all, go ahead"

Ashley lit a cigarette and after a while, she felt Taylor's eyes on her.

She turned "Can i help you?"

"I'm just watching you. You look so beautiful and peaceful. And calm" she told her.

"Do you want one?" Ashley asked.

"No, i'd just waste it" Taylor tucked some hair behind her ear.

Ashley held the cigarette out to her "Just try it"

Taylor took it in between her fingers, trying not to drop it and stared at it "What do I do?"

"Put the end into your mouth and suck for a moment and then blow out."

Taylor took a small drag and coughed out the smoke "Jesus christ" she said between coughs.

Ashley fought a smile "It's tricky at first, you'll get the hang of it though."

Taylor was still coughing but she calmed down quick enough "That was weird."

Ashley hugged her "You're so innocent Taylor"

(You're still an innocent)

Taylor leaned into her and sighed "I know."
