It was already past 1 a.m when they lay in bed. They each lay on the opposite side of the bed, facing in opposite directions.
"Are you sleeping, Oon.....?"
"No."
"Can I lie facing you....?", They turned their backs and lay sideways.
"Can I get closer to you, Arthit....?", They both moved inwards.
Now, they lay on the middle of the bed, facing each other.
"P'Kong, was I kind while in university....?"
"Well.....You had to be more strict than kind."
"Why...?"
"As the head of hazing team, you should keep yourself composed and fierce most of time. You know, I got punished a lot by you."
"But I put a name tag for you in your locker."
Kongpob sat up in bed right away, lifting Arthit up to him. Kongpob vividly remembered when Arthit ripped May's name tag because he didn't remember her name. He handed her his name tag instead of the ripped one. Arthit saw it and warned that he would be punished. However, a new name tag was in his locker afterwards and Arthit didn't mention it any more.
"What did you remember...?"
"Just a few scenes....but not the full story."
"You never said it to me."
"It crossed my mine this evening when that strange guest ripped off the luggage tag."
"........I thought your memories could get back all at once."
"Me too! but that's not the case."
Arthit said he just remembered going up the steps with a name tag and putting it in the locker labeled 'Kongpob 0062.'
"Actually.....I remember what I felt like that time....."
Kongpob nervously looked at him.
".......That bastard is a real headache. What a nuisance.", Hearing Arthit, Kongpob sighed.
"Can't you remember something good about me, Oon..?", Arthit felt his disappointed look really cute. He looked like a flop-eared dog deeply frustrated.
They lay back in bed. Kongpob pulled the bed sheet up to their chests.
"Did you remember anything else?"
"Um....right, The other day when I passed out, I remembered you shouting at me in the rain."
"Why is your memory of me always like that."
"But you tried to stop me from running on the field in the rain."
"Maybe, It's better if you remembered my bringing you porridge and a pink milk after that. I even ironed your clothes."
"Sorry, P'Kong....I will try my best next time.", Arthit held out his pinky to him like a child. Kongpob entwined his pinky with his.
Actually, Arthit's 'locker-name tag' scene memory was more detailed. But he didn't want to tell Kongpob for no reason. When Arthit stood in front of the locker with the name tag, he really hesitated. He was in two minds whether he put it in or not. He wandered around the locker, hiding the name tag inside his shirt. 'Why am I bring this here? Am I crazy? This bastard should be punished!', He put it into the locker and just a few seconds later took it out again. He repeated the same steps until he heard somebody walking on the stairs. He quickly put it in the locker, went one floor up and hid near the handrail. It was Kongpob. He opened his locker and took out the name tag. He looked around, smiling as if he knew who had given the name tag. 'That bastard is a real headache.', Arthit pouted his lips, lifting his one eyebrow. 'What a nuisance.', He quickly made his way away from there.
