Noelle and I were in a bit of awe. Me more so than her, but even still she sat with me, staring wide eyed at the spectacle in front of us.
Why girls of all ages across the world had been freaking out about this band for 10 years was beyond me.
Harry did have a band event today, and like always I didn't know exactly what it was. But given the fact that there was a rack of five pressed suits in front of us, I imagined it was some sort of awards show. On each suit was pinned some directions about how to style their hair. Noelle informed me that Lou, their stylist, was out of town.
I wish I had someone here better fit to deal with them because One Direction in a living room setting was a little too much to handle.
Niall just chucked a shoe at Harry, Liam and Zayn had continually been arguing about who was stronger, though they all had items with their names labeled on everything, and Louis is currently playing Mario kart.
These were grown men, and they were behaving like toddlers. I decided something had to be done when a moan that sounded identical to the one Noelle makes came out of one of their mouths.
"Hey!" I said, standing up from the couch and gaining all their attention, which quite frankly surprised me. "It is now 6:20, and none of you are dressed. Harry don't even think of giving Niall a wet willy, Zayn and Liam, arm wrestle on the way over to settle it, Louis you're not doing anything destructive but sitting there not getting ready isn't helping anyone, is it? So if we could all just put on our suits like the popstars we are, and make sure we look halfway decent by 7, that would be grand." I stated, letting out a breath. I didn't even stop to think that I had only met Niall an hour ago, and seen Liam in passing and was now scolding them.
"You're acting like monkeys." Noelle said, hopping off the couch and crossing her arms, mimicking my stance. I gave a firm nod, and Noelle grinned.
"The women have spoken, lads. Let's move." Harry said, looking up at Noelle and I from his spot on the floor. He had a smile on his face, and shook his head to himself as he stood.
"Good. Noelle and I will be in the kitchen enjoying some ice cream. We expect a runway show in 20 minutes. And Louis with that hair, I suggest you get moving." I said, tearing the beanie off his head and grabbing the game controller, setting it back on the entertainment center.
"This is what happens when we let her near Emma. Never again, lads. Never again, yeah?"
I ignored him and latched my hand onto Noelles, heading into the kitchen.

"Number 10!" Noelle said, standing on her tip toes, trying to see the CD as I slipped it into the system. I was trying to keep from laughing as I heard Louis coaching his bandmates to not slouch on the runway, and one foul step could wreck their next stint at fashion week.
The opening chords to Little Black Dress began and I shook my head at Noelle's cleverness.
We weren't kidding about a fashion show. I had to check them under Lou's orders anyways, and this way it was funnier. After Noelle and I had finished our mint chocolate chip treat, she ran to get the guys.
I lifted Noelle onto the island before jumping up next to her. There was a small strip of floor between the island and the wall that led into the back patio, and that was our fabulous runway.
"Alright, go!" Noelle said, sitting on her knees. I protectively placed a hand on her shoulder in fear of her falling.
First out was Louis, who rather than walking was stomping on the floor, one foot in front of the other. He had on a dark blue suit, the bottom of his trousers rolled at the ankle. He had slicked his hair back, and ran his hand over it, looking at me and Noelle before continuing to stomp the rest of the way out.
