Easter

Chapter 17

   It was now easter, I rose up out of bed and looked over at Toby. Toby rose up and kissed me, "I'm excited about today."

I smiled, "me too, I cant believe everyone is going to come here for Easter instead of my grandparents."

he laughed, "yea, well I've got plans for the Easter egg hunt for the kids."

We both got up and went to the shower and took a shower. We got out of the shower and got dressed. I had a Pink top with white collar and a short white skirt that came to my knees. Toby had on a blue tank top and blue jeans and his boots. I had my hair curly and pretty and he had his hair spiked in the front.

We walked into the living room which as empty Enrique came walking in with Maria she had on a pretty pink dress and had a big basket with goodies in it. I leaned down at her, "are you ready for the Easter egg hunt today?"

she smiled, "yea mommy, look at my basket."

I smiled, "thats a pretty basket. I love the dress you got on."

she laughed, "I picked it out when me and daddy went to the store yesturday."

I smiled, "yea, well you look pretty baby."

she walked to the living room and sat down in the floor and went through her easter egg basket.

Enrique smiled, "yea, she picked out the dress and the basket. We're going to color eggs here in a bit if you want to help us."

I smiled, "of course thats the best part of Easter."

Enrique looked over at Maria, "hey Maria do you want to color some eggs."

she rose up real quick, "yay!"

we went into the kitchen Toby got the stuff out we all sat down on the table and started coloring eggs. we had alot of eggs I smiled, "so is these going to be the eggs they are going to hunt for?"

Toby laughed, "oh no, were going to have money in the plastic eggs which is funny to watch."

I laughed, "oh no, I used to fight for those eggs at my grandparents ha-ha!"

Toby laughed, "well they all have the same thing I mostly put dollars or quarters in them."

Maria held up the eggs that she colored, "look mami I did these arent they pretty?"

I smiled, "yes baby, they are pretty, your good at coloring eggs."

mom and dad came to the door and knocked. Toby let them in he smiled, "were coloring eggs right now."

mom smiled and looked over at Maria, "you made some pretty eggs."

Maria laughed, "yea, I love coloring eggs."

dad went into the living room and played with the remote to the stereo and put some music on. As we was coloring eggs Angie, Garth and Guy walked in. Garth walked to the living room with dad to chat. Angie came up to all of us and helped us color eggs.

Toby got up and walked to the living room and started chatting with dad and Garth.

Guy we helping us color eggs which he was really good at coloring eggs. Derek, Brady, Angel and Paul walked in. Derek, Brady and Bob went into the living room with the guys and angel sat down and helped us color eggs. when we got done with all the eggs I put them in the fridge to eat later. we all went into the living room chating. Bob, Luke, and Chris walked in laughing I looked up at them with a funny look, "do I wanna know what you guys are laughing about?"
