Getting ready for Halloween

Chapter 3

           I woke up because the alarm was going off. I was happy that I woke up still there. Toby was lying next to me cuddled up to me in the bed. I shook him to wake him because I knew he had to get ready for work.

Toby moaned and opened his eyes and stretched. He gave me a kiss, "good morning sweetheart!"

I smiled, "Im so glad im still here!"

He smiled, "me too sweety!"

He got up out of the bed as I turned the alarm off. He walked to the bathroom and came out of the bathroom and grabbed his uniform. He turned the shower on and took a shower.

I got up out of bed, yawned, and then I grabbed my pj's and put them on. Toby came out of the bathroom with his uniform, button down top with a white shirt underneath and pants. The uniform was a light brown color. He had his uniform unbuttoned, his hair spiked, which was real hot especially with his uniform, where he took the shower and put on cologne he smelled so good.

Toby looked over at me, "do you want some breakfast baby?"

He hugged me and I said, "Sure baby!"

"Ok lets' go fix something."

I bit my bottom lip, "man you are so hot in your uniform."

He smiled, grabbed his police belt and his gun.

We walked to the kitchen. Katy was still up playing some game and had music playing. Toby walked to the living room, grabbed the remote and turned the news on the TV. Katy got up grabbed a couple of sodas and handed one to Toby of which he handed to me after he took a sip. Enrique and Maria were at the table eating breakfast, "morning mami!" Enrique said.

"Morning mommy" Maria said real cute.

I smiled "good morning to you all too."

Toby opened up the fridge. "So what do you want to eat? Katy, Ange?"

"Um we could have a big breakfast." I looked at Katy "so how does that sound?"

Katy yawned and looked over at me, "Sure!"

Toby grabbed eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cheese and stuff to make gravy. As Toby was cooking Monica came walking in.

Toby looked at Monica, "good morning cuzz. Want some breakfast?"

She yawned, "Yea sure!"

Toby kept cooking and looked at all of us, "You all just sit down and I'll get everything for you. Enrique, Maria does you all want some too?"

Enrique laughed, "Yea sure!" Maria smiled, "yes uncle Toby!"

Toby turned around and continued cooking, "awesome!"

Katy, Monica and I sat in the living room and watched the news. Garth walked in wearing the same uniform. "mmm, something smells good in here."

Toby laughed, "Do you want some breakfast dad? I'm making plenty as usual!"

"Well I had a bowl of cereal, but sure."

Garth walked to the living room with us and sat next to me. "Man oh man this is going be one crazy day at work as always."

I laughed, "Well, is it not always crazy?"

"Yup, but it's fun though, I love my job."

Toby came up behind me and gave me a kiss, "It's done ya'll!"

We all got up and got our plates. It was all made so perfect. The eggs was scrambled with cheese in them, the bacon which was turkey bacon was so delicious, the sausage was perfect, the biscuits were perfectly made, some of the biscuits, flakey and buttery, were gooey on the inside but not raw just really soft, not burnt, and some of them were done all the way because Katy and Enrique liked them that way, and the gravy was so perfectly white. It was all made so perfect just how I like it.
