Christmas day Christmas party

chapter 12

  Finally it was Christmas day I was so excited. I got up and put my pj's on, Toby was already in the living room. I walked into the living room where Toby had A Christmas Story on the TV, which was a tradition on Christmas day to watch over and over on TBS. The turkey was in the oven and I started cooking all the hot stuff. Toby came up to me and kissed me, "good morning baby, I didn't want to wake you so I went ahead and got up and turned on Christmas story."

I smiled, "yea Merry Christmas baby, I slept well last night this is gonna be the best Christmas ever!"

Toby laughed, "yea, it always is!" Marias Santa was still under the tree she hadn't got up yet.

I laughed, "Wow, Maria hasn't got up yet, hmm interesting!"

Toby looked over at me, "well go get her up and tell her Santa came to come get her presents!"

I went into Enrique's bedroom where Maria was sleeping, as I walked in there Enrique looked over at me, "hey ma, Feliz Navidad" meaning Merry christmas!

I smiled, "Merry Christmas, I'm getting Maria up so she can go get her santa!"

he rose up out of the bed, "yea, I'm surprised that she hadn't got up she is dead asleep."

I giggled, "yea that's what I said!"

I walked over to her bed and shook her slightly, "Maria guess who came, get up and come look.!"

She rose up with excitement and I helped her up. Enrique got up with her and we all walked into the living room where she came up to the tree that had her santa presents!

She jumped up and down and started playing with her toys. She got a talking big dora doll, she also got a 19 inch flat screen tv with a built in dvd player so she could watch her dora dvd's. There was a whole collection of dora the series which she loved. She jumped up and down, "yay, thanks santa I can watch dora anytime I want now and I love my doll."

I walked up to her with Enrique, "that's a cute doll, hey do you want me to hook up your new TV so you can watch Dora."

she jumped up, "yea mami!"

I picked up the TV and she grabed the dvd set. I showed her the remote and told her what to press and how to use the remote which she was really smart she could do it.

I turned on the TV and she put in the first dvd season 1 disk then she started watching. Me and Enrique walked out of the room, "ha she's gonna be busy for a while ha-ha!"

I went into the living room and sat down next to Toby and watched A Christmas Story. Enrique sat down next to me to watch TV with us. Christmas wasn't the same without watching Christmas Story ha-ha!

As we was watching the TV Guy, Garth and Angie walked in. Angie walked up to me and Toby, "hey your watching the first one well I've got the second one if you want to watch it."

Toby looked up at his mom, "oh I haven't seen that one put it in!"

I looked at Toby, "oh my god that's a good movie, I've seen it in the other life It's good It's worth watching it over and over."

Angie put in A Christmas Story 2 which was a really good movie.

Everyone sat down and watched the movie while I went into the kitchen and worked on the Christmas dinner. As I was working on the Christmas dinner my mom and dad knocked on the door then walked in. Mom walked over to me and hugged me, "Merry Christmas baby girl!"

I answered back, "Merry Christmas to you too mom."

She looked over at my food that I was preparing, "do you need help?"
