4th of July

Chapter 24

  It is now 4th of July which is one of many favorites. Josh was outside with Wayne with the fireworks getting everything ready for the celebration. I was surprised to see Wayne outside but Toby trust him with fireworks. I was anticipating on the big firework show that they had planed that Toby spent tons of money on. I had all the decorations up for the celebration which we was having a big cookout. Where we all could swim, ride around on the jet skis and stuff like that. It is a great day to have summer fun. I was so excited just as I was watching them outside Luke snuck behind me and grabed me up. Which Luke has been staying with us since Fathers Day. Toby told me that he is my second husband which was weird but cool at the same time. As Luke had his arms around me he laughed, "So are you excited to hear your dads band play, they are going to play on the deck. Im excited to hear them play. Your dad Sais they have been working on patriotic songs."

I smiled and looked back at him, "oh yea I love hearing my dads band play I cant wait."

Toby came walking into the living room where we was standing and kissed me, "well I'm just waiting on the band to get here, I've got the fireworks set up. Now we got to wait for everyone to get here."

He looked over at Luke, "Take care of Ange while I'm busy cuzz."

I giggled, "um, well he actually is."

Toby laughed and put his hand his shoulder, "good! that's his job ha-ha!"

Dad and the band finally showed up. Toby had Bob take his truck to help load the equipment up. Dad, Kokoum, Joe, Joes's girlfriend Melinda, Kenny and Larry Joe came in through the back. Luke still had his arms around me as dad walked up to me, "I'm fired up to play I cant wait!"

I laughed, "Me either I'm excited!"

Kenny came up to me and Luke and cackled, "ha, everyone from the trailer park at mom and dads is coming we invited them and my neighbors."

I smiled, "awesome!"

Mom and Nicki came in the front door. Nicki came up to me as Luke still had his arms around me and was real close, "you got your hands full with Toby and Luke don't ya ha-ha!"

I laughed, "yea, I do but I love it though."

Luke giggled, "Hey I'm here for her when Toby is busy ha-ha!"

Nicki smacked Luke on the shoulder, "hey, just remember she's married," as she winked at him.

The band members were all outside on the deck setting the equipment up. Toby, Guy, Wayne, and Jake were helping them set up. Luke pulled away from me and walked outside to help the boys set up the equipment. He kissed me as he was walking out, then I blushed.

I was getting ready for the party as I was getting ready Monica and Barry walked in with Cody in a car seat. I walked up to Monica and hugged her and looked at Cody and baby talked him. Cody started laughing which was so cute. Barry looked at me, "So where is everyone?"

I laughed, "All the men is outside helping put up the equipment if you want to go out there with them."

As I was baby talking Cody, Miranda and Angie came in. Miranda had Jr. with her holding his hand. They walked up to Cody and started baby talking him. He was just a laughing which was so cute. As we was baby talking Cody, Katy and Tim walked in. Katy walked up to Cody and started baby talking him too. We all was goo gooing Cody. We all went into the living room and sat down. I sat down next to Monica she sat the car seat down in front of her and got Cody out of it. I grabed him up and was playing with him. He was laughing at me and talking. He looked back to the back deck and seen his daddy and he screamed out, "Daddy!"
