Sawako woke up and noticed the time, she ran out of bed and got dressed. By the time she woke up, Kotoro was already on his way to the hospital. Sawako pinned up her hair and dressed Sapphire, going out the door on her way to the daycare. She got there in less time than normal and went to work. Arriving she had to catch her breath due to the hurry she was in.
He entered the hospital and quickly signed in, heading to the first patient of the day.
When she got to work two employees were waiting outside for her, she unlocked the door and went inside to organize everything since they would open in the next few minutes.
Once he got to the patient he did what any nurse would do, check their height, weight, blood pressure,and noted any symptoms, past illnesses, or medication for the doctor who would take over.
She cleaned the counter and went into the back to change into her uniform. A short black and white dress with a bow on the back to tie it off, she draped her apron over her head and tightened it around her waist. Getting back out she stood at the register and waited for their first customer.
He went through patient after patient throughout the day, even assisting a surgery just before lunch.
She paced around her office and fixed things up before she had to go home and close up the shop.
He packed up and went home after dealing with his final patient of the day.
Before she could leave she heard the door of the cafe open, she had locked it so she was surprised that the door has been opened. She saw her boss in the dim lights of the cafe, he walked up to her and shoved her into her office. Kotoro needed some coffee, he was too tired from work to walk home awake. He started heading to the cafe. Not being able to react she fell onto the floor as her boss pinned her down and tied her hands together. She couldn't move, she felt helpless. Her phone vibrated, a text.

Kota: "You still in the cafe?"

She hears her phone vibrate but couldn't see the screen, she struggled as her boss picked her up and put her on her desk, tying her legs apart in a spread position. Kotoro peered into the cafe and saw the lights dimmed, he knew someone was there. She was held down as her pants were pulled off of her body. He went around the building to look through the windows, to see who was there. He placed tape over her mouth, her underwear was pulled down as something was now inside her. The thing was cold and hard, she felt scared as her walls began to wrap around the object. She was being pulled up from her laying position when she felt pain in her lower body, it was breaking. He saw a glimpse of her, her pants were off and there was a figure before her. He became of mix of rage and panic and quickly went to the front door, running into and smashing through it. She heard the sound of breaking wood and felt the cold shards piercing her insides. Blood spilled out slightly from her opening. Tears streamed down her face as the tape muffled her screams. The door to her office smashed in as Kota ran directly into her boss, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him against the wall. She fell back and hit her head on her desk, most of her body was exposed as she laid there unconscious. He slammed his fist into her boss, shattering his collarbone and a few ribs, then dropped him. Afterwards he rushed over to untie sawako, pull her pants up, and carried her as quickly as he could to the hospital. People around the cafe called an ambulance and the police as they saw the man run out with the unconscious girl. They picked up her boss and took him to the hospital and the police tried to track down the man that took the girl. He didn't care about anyone that saw, he just rushed her to the hospital with no regard for anyone else. She hanged loosely in his arms as he ran to the hospital, her body seemed cold to the touch as they entered the facility. Doctors swarmed around the two and took the girl into the operating room. He conversed with the owner of the hospital, explaining the situation because if someone saw him running, someone he trusted needed to know the reality behind why. Sawako laid down on the surgical table as the doctors checked her body and took x-rays to see the problems that needed to be fixed. The owner sat with kotoro in the waiting room, giving extra support, and assured him he could keep him updated wherever he is. Slowly they pulled out the pieces of broken glass from her vagina making sure not to drain her of her blood. A small bump was on her head but it was hopefully nothing major. He waited impatiently in the waiting room, waiting for something to happen. Something good. They sewed up the cuts inside her and checked the bump, draining the blood from it so it would go down. They sewed up the last incision and made sure they were all sealed tightly. He couldn't handle waiting patiently for much longer, until a doctor came in to elaborate on her current condition. Kotoro couldn't decide whether he was worried or relieved. She would live but she'd be unconscious due to brain trauma. She was still unconscious in her bed, doctors came in and out of her room to see if she was still breathing. Her iv was supplied with new liquids every hour and nurses cleaned her as days passed, she wouldn't wake up. Eventually Sawako needed a feeding tube to live, her body was weak and would sometimes reject the food. He had to continue work, but checked in on her every time he could. Eventually depression began to seep its way back into his mind, blaming himself for everything that happened to her. Sawako slowly opened her eyes as the bright light of her room flickered on. She turned to her side and accidentally pulled out the cord that plugged the heart monitor into the wall. A loud and long beep was heard in her room.
