Chanyeol was looking at his wrist through the big mirror in the room. It looked good and he liked it. Naeun also liked it. She was talking to him about it and saying how cool it was, just trying to make time. . . . She was next.

"Go." Chanyeol signalled her the chair with his head.

She got pale as soon as he told her that. She looked at the chair. . , and the guy preparing his materials for her. Chanyeol put his hands on her shoulders and looked right into her eyes, which showed how scared she was.

"You'll be fine. Go," He softly said and caressed her head.

She took a deep breath and sat on the chair. She looked at the guy, his materials, the floor, the pictures on the wall, the guy's shoes. . , every inch of the room while trying to calm down.

After cleaning the area, the tattooist applied a stencil on her left arm with the word BALANCE in the type of letter that she chose. She liked how it looked and that made her want it even more. A minute later the guy grabbed the tattoo machine to begin his work. Chanyeol brought the waiting chair next Naeun and sat there. He grabbed her right hand, so she didn't feel scared or so much in pain, and making her surprised. She looked at their hands and felt his touch, and that made her heart jump. She smiled and held it as well.

The second the guy began working on her skin she grabbed Chanyeol's hand tight and jumped a little. It hurt!

"Please don't move," the guy asked her after stopping.

"Don't move," Chanyeol told her. She glared at him.

The tattooist began tattooing again and this time she tried not to move. She was bitting her lower lip and grabbing Chanyeol's hand tight. Her eyes even watered. Chanyeol began talking to her so he distracted her from the pain. However, she wasn't paying a lot of attention to him, she just heard blablablabla.

She looked away from her arm and looked at him.

"Don't cry," he told her while chuckling.

"I'm not crying, babo." She giggled and wiped the tears that were almost falling from her eyes because of the pain.

He grabbed her hand with both hands, stroking it tenderly. She kept on looking at him, trying to think about something else instead of the pain.

"What if a guy in a hoodie comes up to you and hands you a giant book. When you start to read it, you realize it's a book about your entire life. Would you read it to the end?" He asked with a small smile.

"I don't know," she replied.

"What if you read it up to where you are now and then realize there are only like three pages left when you get there?"

"That's scary!" She exclaimed. "But why is the guy wearing a hoodie?"

"I don't know, Naeun. Maybe he's cold," he said, obvious.

"You're mind is weird."

He chuckled and thought about something else to talk about.

"What has been the stupidest thing you've ever done?"

"Hmm. . . ." She thought about it, but she had no idea. . . .

"This morning while showering I slipped and the first thing my dumb self did was try to grab the water," he told her, serious.

Naeun bursted laughing, even the tattooist began laughing, stopping his work.

"You're dumb," she told him as she controlled her laugh.

"It was a reflex of self-salvation! Don't laugh!" He told the guy. He raised his hands in peace and kept tattooing.
