Harry: You were at home while Harry was working at the studio. You figured since he probably had a long day, you would order take-out and just have a relaxing evening at home. A couple hours later, Harry was home. He opened the door and kicked his shoes off. When you glanced over, you couldn’t help but notice the bags under his eyes. You followed him into the living room where he was sitting with his head in his hands. “Hey,” you cooed, sitting next to him and rubbing his back. “Hi,” he mumbled in reply. “Hard day?” “You have no idea… First the mics weren’t working properly, then I screwed up my solo,” he said a little louder, getting agitated from today’s events. “Hey, calm down… you’re home now, okay?” He nodded and sighed. “It’s just getting really hard, you know?” It was your turn to nod. You continued rubbing his back soothingly as he placed his head on your lap. You then switched to playing with his curls. “You hungry?” you asked after a few moments. “Yeah.” “There’s take-out in the kitchen. I figured we could eat and then just watch movies for the rest of the evening, sound okay?” He nodded again and sat up, making his way to the kitchen with you behind him. You both ate and you let Harry rant about his day. Once that was all over, you both changed into sweats and shirts and went to the living room. Harry put in a movie and both of you cuddled on the couch. Eventually, Harry fell asleep with his head on your lap and with one last smile, you too fell asleep.
Liam: The minute Liam walked through the door, you could sense something was wrong. He didn’t come to say hi, he didn’t even acknowledge you. He just simply walked through the door, set down his things and walked to the shared bedroom and shut the door. You didn’t want to seem clingy so you didn’t follow immediately, but when he still hadn’t come out after half an hour, you got up and went to check on him. You knocked on the door softly but got no reply. So you opened the door and walked in. You saw Liam sitting with his back to you and his face buried in his hands. You slowly approached him, not wanting to startle him. “Is everything okay?” you questioned. He turned his head towards you. “Oh, hi (Y/N),” he murmured, turning his head back away from you. It was then when you noticed the tear streaks on his cheeks. “Oh, Liam, you’re not okay. What’s wrong?” you said, walking over and pulling him into your arms. He rested his head on your shoulder and let it all out. You stroked his hair and whispered comforting words in his ear. You weren’t going to pressure him into telling you. He cried into your shoulder for a good five minutes before he pulled away. Seeing him this way almost made you want to cry yourself. “I just can’t do this anymore (Y/N)!” “Can’t do what, Liam?” “Everybody expects me to be the responsible one. The one who helps everybody when they need it. It’s just getting to be too much! I need someone to take care of me too!” he cried. “Oh, Liam… I understand completely. You need to be able to relax. That’s why I’m here, to take care of you. I’ll always be here Liam.” He wiped his eyes and gave you a grateful, relieved smile before pulling you into him. “It’s going to be okay Li, I’m here.”
Niall: You and Niall were just leaving the restaurant when a flock of paparazzi came and surrounded you. They kept asking question after question about your relationship and how it was fake. You could tell Niall was getting upset, with his claustrophobia and everything that was going on. His grip on your hand grew tighter and his body was pushing farther into you. You released his hand and wrapped it around his waist as he did the same. Now there was no way you too could get closer to each other but Niall still had a panicked look on his face. You could see the car so you tried your best to push through the crowd. You were almost there until one paparazzi grabbed Niall’s arm and pulled it away from you. “(Y/N)!” he shouted and you quickly whipped around to see him being hassled by paparazzi. You took a few steps and reached out your hand. He grabbed it and you pulled him out and to the safety of the car. Once the door was shut, you turned to Niall and saw that he was shaking and on the verge of tears. You quickly wrapped your arms around him, shushing him. “Thank you,” he whispered. “Anything for you Ni.” He pulled back and placed a kiss on your lips before heading back home to relax.
Louis: Louis was always known as the happy-go-lucky one of the group. You were amazed at how he could keep up the energy and always be able to cheer up people who needed it. You had only seen him cry once when he tripped and snapped his wrist until today. You had come home from work to find Louis locked in the bathroom. The shower was running but you could almost swear you heard some sort of whimper as well. When he came out, he came straight into your bedroom where you were waiting and crawled in next to you. His back was to you so you scooted closer to him and placed one of your arms over his shoulder. You felt him sigh and he turned his body so he was facing you. “Is everything okay Lou?” He started to nod, but changed mid – way to shaking his head. Tears started to form and you used your thumb you wipe them off as they began to fall. “You wanna talk about it?” you asked. “I’m just getting tired of always being the happy one. It’s like everyone expects to always be the jokester, but I can’t anymore. I just can’t…” He broke down into a new set of sobs. You pressed your forehead against his and began to speak. “See, you need to be able to do this more often. You need to be able to let go. So, from now on whenever you need to just be serious or you just need to cry, I’ll be here, I will be your support.” He opened his eyes that were right in front of yours. He moved in a little more and kissed you gently, but passionately. “You have no idea how much that means to me… I love you.” “I love you too Lou.” And with that you two managed to fall asleep, foreheads still pressed together and legs tangled together.
Zayn: Zayn was known for his hard, tough exterior, but you knew that deep down, he could be soft and gentle. It was the day his grandmother passed away that you were able to see this side. He got the phone call in the middle of dinner. You knew that it was important by the tone of his voice. He was in the room right next to the dining room so you couldn’t help but hear his side of the conversation. The tone of Zayn’s voice changed throughout the conversation. It started as a friendly hello which then changed to a serious conversation and when he said goodbye, you could hear the tears in his voice. You got up from the table and went to the room Zayn was in. You saw him leaning against a small side table and rubbing his face. “What’s wrong?” you asked. He looked up and you saw his tear stained cheeks. “My grandma, she’s gone,” he choked out. “I’m so sorry!” you said sympathetically and walked up to hug him. He held you closely to him as he cried into your shirt. You could feel the wetness on your shoulder but you didn’t care at this moment. He needed you. “I have to go back home,” he sighed out. You nodded understandingly. “Will you come with me? Please? I need you right now.” You smiled a little and nodded. “Of course Zayn. I love you.” “I love you too (Y/N), thank you so much.” “No problem babe.” The two of you spent the rest of the evening arranging flights to Zayn’s home town and making sure Zayn was going to be okay. He was tough, but you knew that everybody had weak points and you were glad that you could be there for the love of your life.
