The next day she went over to Jake's apartment but he was already gone.

She went to the mall to find something to wear and him a present.

She bought him a new phone because his still wasn't acting right after he dropped it in the toilet.

"Happy happy birthday bro!" She shouted as he picked up the phone walking to her car.

"Thanks Mal what'd you get me?" He asked eagerly.

"As if I would ever tell." Mallory said.

"So are you coming?" Jake asked.

"Yeah I'm coming wouldn't miss it for the world." She said getting in.

"Yes." She could hear him whisper.

They both hung up.

Mallory texted Lydia to see if she was going.

"Of course. Not like I can miss it." Lydia texted back.

Before she knew it, it was already 9:30. She wrapped and bagged Jake's present and got ready.

She arrived at the party and there were already a lot of people.

The first thing she did was look around for Jake but gave up after a few minutes before seeing Lydia.

"Hey." Lydia shook her hand.

"Hey Lydia have you seen Jake?" Mallory asked.

"Yeah I saw him and Plaza around here somewhere upstairs." She looked around.

"Nope I am not going up there Jake will just have to wait." Mallory decided when she felt someone hug her from behind.

She turned around it was Daisy with her giant smile. "Hey you guys made it." Mallory hugged them and introduced Lydia.

Mallory went over to get something to drink when she saw Emily standing there by herself.

"Hey... Em." Mallory said nervously.

"What do you want?" Emily asked aggressively.

"Nothing just for you not to be mad at me." Mallory told her.

"Well I guess that's something your just not gonna get." Emily put down her drink and walked off.

She was getting her something to drink when someone bumped into her she turned around to see who it was.

"Jake!" She hugged him.

"It's your birthday it's your birthday." Mallory danced around him.

"Ok ok calm down." He stopped her.

Just when she found him he was about to be pulled away from her again.

"Jake get up here." Justin said through the microphone.

Jake looked at Mallory and went up she looked back up to the stage Justin glanced at her before taking another sip of whatever he was drinking.

He wished him happy birthday and they sung happy birthday and someone brought out the cake.

Jake told Mallory to come upstairs because there was cake and Plaza was there.

Mallory walked up there with Lydia where she saw Justin sitting down with some girl on his lap and just when she thought they were just buddies he kissed her.

"Get a room!" One of Justin's friends joked.

"Who's that?" Mallory whispered to Lydia.

"That's Alice, Justin's toy." She rolled her eyes.

"Just a girl he uses she's been around a lot lately though." Lydia explained.

"Why you're not worried about her are you?" Lydia asked sarcastically.

"Lydia No." Mallory laughed.

Mallory went back downstairs and started to dance with Lydia I really missed her...and Emily.

Mallory saw her across the room dancing with Carter I didn't think they would last that long.

"Hey Em." Mallory walked up to her.

"Didn't I tell you to leave me alone." Emily stopped dancing.

"Em I'm sorry I just want my bestfriend back." She apologized.

"Stop calling me that!" She shouted.

"Emily you can't just throw away a lifetime of friendship." Mallory told her.

"You can't just throw away friends!" She yelled her voice shaking.

"Emily I'm sorry I missed you everyday I missed talking to you part of the reason my life has been so crappy lately is because I haven't had anyone to talk with like we do help me through this shit Em I didn't throw you away I became a bitch and I was confused I'm sorry." Mallory said to her.

Emily hugged her. "Well look who finally made up." Jake came over and said. "Oh yeah Jake your present is my car." She told him before going out to go get it.

When she walked back she had to find Jake again he was with Plaza upstairs. He hugged her. "Wow thanks Mal I really did need a new phone." He took his old cracked phone out of his pocket.

After partying some more Alice stopped everyone upstairs because she had an announcement.

Justin's POV

"First I wanna say happy birthday to Jake and I have something really important that I wanna announce Justin where are you?" She asked as I walked up to her.

"I told you not to call me that." I whispered in her ear as she snickered.

"Ok pouty." She lightly hit me on the shoulder.

"Alex I just wanted to say that... I'm pregnant." She smiled rubbing her stomach.

My face quickly changed to surprised. "That's great Alice I need to talk to you." I put the microphone back as everyone started clapping.

"Don't you think you should've told me something before you just went up and announced you were pregnant!" I got kinda angry.

"Then if wouldn't be a surprise." She whined.

"Your not mad are you.. you don't want me to get an abortion do you?" She asked.

"No Alice I'm happy it's just it shouldn't have happened we had protected sex every time and you told me you were on birth control." I told her.

"I was." She said.

"So you lied to me." I asked.

"Alice do you know how much... if word gets out that I have a son or a child there will be shit ton of people that want that baby to get to me." I told her.

"It's my child too!" Alice argued.

"Sure it is." I said.

I pulled her closer and kissed her on the cheek to calm her down I didn't need a angry pregnant lady ruining my day.

Mallory's POV

"He got her pregnant?!" Mallory thought to herself. "I guess he really does love her more than he did me." She got a twisted feeling in her stomach.

"Wow that was a shocker." Lydia said. "Yeah." Mallory agreed.
