"How's Life, Rachel?" Chapter 13: Be Fine

Hey Guys, thanks for all the feedback from the last chapter. Here is Chapter 13, which I actually had done yesterday but I wanted to wait to post it. *Disclaimer I Do Not Own Glee*

It has been 6 days since the babies have arrived and today was Stella's birthday.

When Stella woke she found a pile of presents next to her, which put a big smile. Stella did ask for anything but was happy that her parents got her gifts. She quickly hopped out of bed, and headed to the kitchen.

In the kitchen, she found her mom making pancakes and a plate ready for on the table.

"Ooo, Pancakes! My favorite," Stella said looking at her food and sitting down at the table, " Good Morning, Mom."

"Good morning birthday girl," Rachel said smiling at her daughter," How does to feel to be 10?"

"I feel the same," Stella said with a giggle.

"Did you find your presents by your bed?" Rachel asked.

"Yeah, but I haven't opened them yet. I think I will wait until later if that's fine," Stella said.

"Yeah, that's fine," Rachel said with smiling sitting at the table.

"Where is Daddy?" Stella asked.

"He is on the phone with doctor checking on your brother and sister," Rachel said.

"How are they?" Stella wondering how her siblings where doing.

"They both gained 4 oz which is pretty good for them," Rachel said.

"When can they come home?" Stella asked.

"I don't know, Stell Bell," Rachel said to her oldest daughter now that she had a new baby one.

Soon Finn walked in the kitchen.

"Hey, daddy," Stella said hugging her dad.

"Hey, baby girl," Finn said sitting at the table with his wife and daughter.

"Did the doctor say anything?" Rachel asked.

"She said that they are running more tests today and we will get results later," Finn said.

"Can we go see them after school?" Stella said asking her parents.

"Sure, we can, you're the birthday girl," Rachel said smiling.

"Yeah!"

Right after school, Finn picked up Stella then Rachel and they all headed for the hospital.

When they got there, they headed straight for the NICU, where they found the babies asleep.

"I'm going to see if I can find Dr. Harrington, and see if she has results for us," Finn said.

"Okay, we'll be here," Rachel said standing next to Stella.

"They are cute," Stella said looking at her little brother and sister," I can't wait to hold them, when they get bigger."

"Me too, Stella," Rachel said looking at her babies, who she hadn't held yet.

"Hopefully, soon we will," Stella said hoping to cheer up her mom a little.

Rachel just looked down and smiled at her.

A couple minutes later, Finn came back and with him was Dr. Harrington.
