Chapter 14: Welcoming the New Family!

Hey guys, I was happy that you guys enjoy the last chapter. Thanks for the reviews, they meant a lot to me. I'm so excited my birthday is only a day away, and I will finally be 18! Also so excited for Lea's new song "What is Love?" to be released, it's a bonus that it's on my birthday! :) Okay that's get to the story. Here is Chapter 14! *Disclaimer I Do Not Own Glee*

Today was finally the day that Finn and Rachel could take the twins home. Both of the babies were a month old now. Maria now weighed 7lbs and Matthew was at 7lbs and 2oz. Looking at them now, you won't even think that they were born early. They looked like two very healthy babies.

It was noon, when Finn, Rachel, and Stella arrived at the hospital to pick up the babies.

"I'm so happy that the babies are coming home," Stella said smiling, carrying a diaper bag on her shoulder.

"Me, too, Stella," Rachel said looking at her daughter, and continued to head to the nursery.

When they got to the nursery, they found Nurse Nancy with the twins, ready and dressed.

"Hello, Nancy," Finn said walking in the nursery with his wife and daughter behind.

"Hello, Mr. Hudson, Mrs. Hudson, and Stella," Nancy said with a smile," the twins are already for you guys to take home."

"Thank you for everything you've done for our family," Rachel said smiling Maria in her arms.

"You're welcome, but I was only doing my job," Nancy said handing Finn Matthew," but I am going to miss these little angels."

"I bet their going to miss you, too," Finn said smiling at Nancy.

"Bye, Maria and Matthew," Nancy said looking at the babies already in their car seats.

"Bye, Nancy," Rachel said.

"Goodbye," Nancy said and the family was on their way home.

When the family got home, the twins had fallen asleep in their seats during the ride, so Finn and Rachel carefully out their seats and placed them in their bassinets that were set up in the living room.

"They're so cute, when they sleep," Stella said looking at her sleeping baby brother and sister.

"They are," Finn said looking at the babies.

"I'm going to get some bottles ready, because I bet when they wake up their going to be hungry." Rachel said getting up from a chair that was sitting in between the twins.

"Okay, daddy and I will watch the babies," Stella said.

"Okay, sweetie," Rachel said and smiled," You are such a good big sister, Stella."

"Thanks, mommy," Stella said to her mom who then headed into the kitchen.

Not late, there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it," Finn said," Keep an eye on your brother and sister, for me Stell."

"Okay, I got it daddy," Stella said.

When Finn got to the door and opened it, he found his and Rachel's parents on the other side.

"What are you guys doing here?" Finn asked hugging his mother.

"You didn't think that we miss the day you guys finally would bring our grandkids home. Where are they?" Carole said.

"Oh, their in the living room with Stella. Come in," Finn said leading the group of parents to the living room.
