I’m the girl who walks around doing random stuff and living everyday like it’s her last. I’m the girl who is happy all the time and likes to make friends with everyone that she meets. I’m the girl who spends most of her time fooling around but turns into a complete nerd when she wants to study. And I’m the girl who’s always smiling but sometimes that smile is a mask to hide how she really feels on the inside.

Hey there! I’m Alexis Jane Ashburn A.K.A Lexi. I’m sometimes know as Daniel’s little sister but that’s a whole different story. So, let me tell you a little about myself and my life.

Let’s start with my family. Well, there’s not much to tell about my family really. My mum and dad are Amber and Damien Ashburn and they mean the world to me! But to them, I’ll always remain as just ‘the other child’. It doesn’t matter that I’m the only daughter or the youngest child. All that matters to my parents and pretty much everyone else in my life is my older brother Daniel! They’re all so proud of him because he was the Quidditch captain and a prefect last year and his grades were sky high. But even after all that, he still cares for me more than anyone else in the world. But now that he’s left Hogwarts last year, it’s time for me to make my own name and let everyone know me for who I really am and not just as Daniel’s little sister!

Let’s move on from my sad story about my life and family at home and talk about my awesome life at school! I have the most amazing friends in the world and I’m sure I would never be able to live without them. Lily Evans is my best friends in the world. She is brave, loyal, daring and courageous which I love about her but one of her major flaws is that she can never be straight forward with the people who are close to her. It does get quite annoying sometimes. For example, she’s had a crush on James Potter for quite a while now and she’s never even tried telling him about it. And every time she’s near him, she sort of … what’s the word … melts.

James is one of the four boys who call themselves, ‘The Marauders’. They’re the handsomest boys in school (well three of them are anyways.) Always fooling around and getting into trouble. They can hardly ever take anything seriously. They’re a bunch of misfits to me; but I never said there was anything wrong with that. In fact, I’m just like them. I really enjoy spending time with them, especially with Remus.  

I’ve never actually told anyone this but I’ve had a crush on Remus Lupin for about a year now. There’s something about him that makes him different from the rest of the boys at Hogwarts. What is it? I don’t know. But there’s just something! I could never tell him about that though! I’m scared that it’ll ruin our friendship. So if you think about it, I’m exactly like Lily in that way.  

I’ve also got, what my friends call, an unhealthy obsession with werewolves! Don’t judge me. Werewolves are incredible! When I was little, I heard all kinds of stories about them. They aren’t actually bad people at all. It’s just what happens to them every month that scares other people. But the entire concept of them really interests me to be honest. The day I meet a real life werewolf will be one of the greatest days of my life!

So that’s pretty much my life in a coconut shell (a regular nutshell would be a bit too small).
