Today was Monday, I had school. I got myself ready, I went downstairs for breakfast, I ate breakfast silently, I have not spoken to my mom since Saturday. I finished breakfast and grabbed my keys.
"Have a great day at school." My mom called. I ignored her and drove to school. When I arrived, I found my DJL friends outside, most of the school's students were outside. I walked toward them.
"Hey, guys." I said.
"Hey." They all said back.
"Here's Josh." Spencer said. I looked and saw Josh parking his car. He got out of his car, it was a bit dark outside, he was wearing a dark leather jacket that made his blue-violet eyes burned violet. Some girls giggled as he passed, seemed like everyone stopped whatever they were doing to stare at him, especially a lot of girls. His gaze was burning through everyone, he looked around and spotted me. He held my gaze, his eyes were really, really burning violet, I gasped. He came toward me and pushed Dylan out of the way.
"Hey." Dylan protested. He ignored him.
"Josh, are you___" He interrupted me by kissing me so fiercely. I kissed him back shocked, he broke away. "Okay?" I finished.
"I'm perfect." He said as he went back into kissing me. I broke away.
"People are staring." I whispered to him.
"I don't care." He said and kissed me, I kissed him back. He put his arms around me and pulled me closer, just liked I put my arms around his neck and pulled him closer. He lifted me up so that my feet weren't touching the ground and that we were the same height. Our kiss was soft, gentle, full of love. I didn't care that there was an audience watching, some people whistled.
"Urgh, get a room." A voice said in a disgusted tone. It was Erika. We both broke away, Josh set me down carefully and we turned to face Erika. Actually, everyone was staring at Erika, she sighed disgustingly and walked away, followed by her friends. I turned to face Josh.
"I texted you last Thursday but__"
"My mom took away my phone." I finished for him.
"And she also blocked your emails, facebook, twitter, Instagram." Josh said.
"Yep." I said.
"I'm sorry for all of this." He said looking at me. I looked back at him, his violet eyes were burning into my chocolate-brown eyes.
"Don't be." I said.
"No, it's my fault that you got into trouble, it's all my fault."
"Stop apologizing, it's not your fault. I don't really mind being grounded anymore, it was worth it." I said truthfully.
"How long are you grounded?"
"Two months." I said slightly.
"That's funny, 'cause I'm grounded for two months too." I looked at him in disbelief.
"Really?" He nodded. "Whoah." I said laughing. He laughed back and put his arms around me.
"Come on, let's go inside. It's kinda cold." He said as he guided me inside. Well so far my day went well, people were talking about Josh and I's little spectacle in the morning outside.
"Annabelle, I'm so mad at you." Ivy blurted at lunch, I looked at her shocked.
"Why?" I asked.
"I kept texting you and you never responded back."
"well, that's because my mom took away my phone." I replied.
"Why would she do that?"
"Because I'm grounded."
