"Whose lips do you like kissing more?" I asked instead.
"I asked you first." Josh said. I looked at him with my eyebrows raised. "Yours." He said.
"You are the better kisser." I said and he sighed in relief. He was obviously worried that I was starting to have the same feelings I had for Alec two years ago. "Don't worry about it, I had bigger feelings for you at the same time." I said and his eyes widened.
"Really, wait, what?" He could not believe it.
"Yeah, I just believed that it was weird." I admitted.
"Yeah, well, look at you now. You can barely resist me." Josh said and winked. I giggled.
"You're right." I said and kissed him softly on the lips and broke away. "I didn't like it, though."
"What didn't you like?" Josh asked with interest.
"I didn't like Alec kissing me." I said. Josh raised his eyebrows interested. "I didn't like the texture of his lips on mine. When you kiss me, I feel this electricity, fire, warmth go through me, I feel love and get a bunch of desires." I looked at Josh, he was smiling.....and blushing tomato red, which I love about him.
"But, when Alec kissed me, all I felt was dread, like I was drowning and could not get back on the surface...Like I could not save myself." I finished.
Josh and I stayed in my room for a while, looking at magazines, playing games. We were laying on my bed, I was cuddled next to him, my head resting on his shoulder, his arms around me, caressing my back, my hands were on his chest, tracing his abs with my fingers.
"Well, goodnight, Anna. Sweet dreams." He said, about to leave.
"No, stay. Stay with me tonight." I said. It was dark in my room, but I could feel a smile spreading on his face and knew I would have disappointed him if I had let him go.
"Anna, wake up." A voice called. I opened my eyes sheepishly and saw Josh looking over me. I groaned.
"Go away." I moaned.
"Come on."
"I don't want to get up." I moaned.
"You have to, sleeping beauty." Josh said.
"Fine." I said and threw away the blanket.
"Are you awake now, sunshine?" He asked, amused by me.
"Yes. what's the deal with me waking up anyway?" I asked.
"Luke's having a meeting and it involves you and The Bermuda Triangle." I got out of my bed, he pulled me toward him for a kiss.
"I haven't brushed my teeth." I stopped him before he could kiss me.
"Doesn't matter." He said and kissed me softly on the lips. He followed me to the bathroom, leaned against the doorway and watched me brush my teeth. When I was done, I was in a hurry to go to to the meeting, I went downstairs, still in my PJs.
Josh followed me.
"What do you want for breakfast?" Josh asked. "Cornflakes." He answered his own question, which was right. He warmed the milk for me for thirty seconds in the microwave.
Alec and Amelia who were here drinking coffee stared at the milk that was warming in the microwave, they kept staring at me and the microwave, back and forth. Josh was trying not to laugh.
"Could she get any weirder?" Amelia whispered to Alec.
"I'm not weird." I said and Josh cracked up, he was absolutely amused, I looked at Josh. "I'm not weird."
