CHAPTER SIXTEEN

I was in the Ludwigs' basement, Mine's and Megan's lab. I sat down thinking and remembered me being extremely shocked and happy about something Megan was telling me.

"Can I ask you a question?" I had asked.

"Sure." She had responded.

"Who's Minder is Josh going to be. A Mind-Wisher's or a Heart-Wisher's?"

"Mind-Wishers'."

"Mind-Wishers." I repeated. "As in plural." Megan nodded. "But___"

"It's rare." She had said.

"So, whose Minder is he gonna be?"

"Your children's."

"What." I had gasped in shock. She nodded. "So, does that mean that Josh and I aren't going to be together?" I had asked worried, I didn't want that to happen.

"No, silly. It doesn't matter." I had sighed with relief.

"What else should I know."

"You can have six generation down without producing with other Mind-Wisher."

"Cool, Mind-Wishers won't be instinct." I had said. The door had opened and Josh had walked in. I could not help myself but to smiled.

"Hey, gorgeous." He had whispered in my ear.

"Hey there, handsome." I had said back.

"Annabelle, come see something." Megan had called and had opened a book to one page. I looked over and saw a girl on fire with a fire archer. Dead bodies were on the floor, but they were demons' bodies.

"Is that suppose to be me?" I had asked.

"Yes." Megan had responded. There was also a lava in that picture. 'Where is that place.' I had thought.

"Where's that place." I had asked.

"You'll figure it out." Megan had said. Josh had come behind me and put his arms around me, I had pressed my back against him, he had kissed my neck softly and I had looked up at him. He had kissed me gently on the lips and I had broken away slowly.

He was still trying to kiss me which had made me laughed softly and stole a kiss from him. I had broken away again and saw Megan had been watching us, we both had distanced ourselves.

Megan had looked away and I swear she was smiling.
