Chapter 46

Third Person POV

"You have to break free, you have to come back, because... I love you..." Elsa sounded more desperate, with tears in her eyes. The pain was too much for Elsa, she collapsed right in front of Jack.

"ELSA!" Anna screamed.

"Hah! It looks like her time is up, in fact, all your time's up! What useless efforts!" Pitch said. "Huh? What's happening? Jack! What are you doing?!"

Suddenly, a bright blue light shone from Jack. His aura turned blue in colour, he grunted, shutting his eyes tight. The memories of him and Elsa flashed through his mind.

When Jack opened his eyes, his golden yellow eyes turned blue, his hair from black back to silvery white, his hoodie was slowly returning to the original colour.

"What's going on?!" All The Nightmares asked at the same time.

"No, it cannot be, it's impossible!" Pitch exclaimed.

As Jack's blue aura glowed, the red and black auras on everyone disappeared, they could move freely.

"He's breaking free!" Rapunzel said in delight.

"How is he doing it?" Olaf asked.

"He's using the power in his heart to fight the darkness." Tooth said in awe.

"And on us..." North said, waving his hand about.

Merida felt it was a little awkward still holding Hiccup, they looked at each other awkwardly but none of them wanted to say anything. Merida just couldn't let him go yet.

Jack, now completely restored, smirked at Pitch and slowly descended to Elsa. Elsa looked up. "Jack!"

"Elsa." Jack hugged her tight.

"Jack's back!" Kristoff cheered.

"And better than ever!" Bunny continued. Sandy had miniature fireworks above his head. Everyone had a wide smile on their face.

Surprisingly, Pitch was the only one who didn't look panicked. The rest of The Nightmares looked around, wide eyed, with absolutely no idea what to do now.

"Enjoy your little celebration." Pitch smirked. "We've got what we wanted,"  He looked at his hands. "About time we relocated, eh?"

The Nightmares disappeared, as well as the floor. The entire place vanished. Everyone else fell from the sky, through the cloud that once had solid ground.

Toothless quickly flew to Hiccup and Merida, together they went to rescue as many as they could. Jack was carrying Elsa bridal style, Tooth picked up Cleo, Sandy made an enormous amount of sand, supporting Aidan, Ethan, Darrel, Eugene, Isabelle and North. He used a lasso and brought Rapunzel too.

Unfortunately, no one managed to save Olaf in time. When everyone landed, Olaf was squashed flat. He looked at them, chuckling. "So, how do I look?"

Elsa's POV

As Jack and I landed, we locked onto each other's eyes. I said it. I finally said it. And it broke Jack's spell. Love is definitely powerful.

Jack didn't say a word, he crashed his lips into mine. I returned the kiss, hugging him tight.

The silence was broke by a squealing sound. All of us turned to it. That squealing was from Anna, and she dramatically fainted. Rapunzel had a panic attack, Cleo and Isabelle helped Anna up, Anna had the widest smile on her face.

I knew I was blushing a lot, I could feel my cheeks burning. Jack held my hand and I blushed more.

"Well... Shall we be heading back? I hate to spoil the party but we still have some friends to find." Eugene said.
