It's the same old boring day where my mother has been continuously yelling at me to step out of my room and go downstairs to meet her so-called 'guests'. It's not like I don't want to but I just can't leave such an engaging book here all alone now can I.

Yes, I know what you all are thinking that I must be a nerd to love reading books but I assure you all that I ain't no nerd kids. I am one of those girls who are naturally talented in acting, for example, I am all badass in front of my parents but the second we walk out the door I become an angel.

It isn't that I am scared of people having the wrong idea, but it will just ruin my 'innocent act'. I want people to like me as they would to their siblings but sometimes when you come across a pervert you just can't stop yourself from beating the living daylights out of 'them'. Yes 'them' because they never come alone they have a gang which rapes innocent children, women and even old ladies... I mean like seriously can't ya just let us females rest in peace.

But they shall not fear as I have done my job quite well in keeping my pack members safe. We aren't the strongest pack but we are ranked the 7th strongest pack in America.

"ROSE GET YOUR PRETTY ASS DOWN HERE THIS INSTANT OR I SWEAR TO THE MOON GODDESS THAT I WILL RIP THAT BOOK OUT OF YOUR HANDS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE!" my mother yells causing me to sighs, there is my kind little mother calling her daughter down to a pack of wolves well not really. My mother wants me to get a job or to find my mate, and it isn't like I am not trying but everywhere I apply, there seemed to be perverted bosses nearby.

So while I reluctantly set my baby down for later I walk to the wardrobe to grab my bag. Yes I am trying to escape again, Yep you heard right again and let me tell you the reason why as well so my first escape was going to the city and rent and apartment which got surrounded by cops the next day, my 2nd escape was at midnight but I got caught by the newly installed security system, my 3rd escape was the best but didn't last long either I told my mom that I was going out with my "friends" which wasn't true of course and went to the airport but soon got busted by my parents that were stalking me to make sure that I headed to my "friends" house safe. But then I wonder why they haven't cared about it before or maybe they knew that I didn't have friends to hang out with.

I never really had friends. They always sweet talk in front of you but be a bitch behind your back. And sadly I didn't want to experience that in my life yet. So that's why I am trying to avoid finding my mate and it has been rumoured that the alpha king is going from pack to pack in search of his mate.

Oh that poor soul I shall pray for her escape. Ameen. OH Lord, I am hearing my mother's footsteps on the stairs. I quickly run over to the arched window and break it down only to hear my mother approaching my bedroom door 3x faster. Well, it's now or never I escape the bedroom and run as fast as I can down the hill.

Our pack was different to other packs we lived near the city and uphill to avoid the natural disasters that occur often here.

While I was running through the city, people were thinking I lost it but I couldn't care less, I had to escape that pack and live my life to the fullest, I know I must sound naïve but who honestly cares about what others think.

So during my wonderful run, I spot a forest "a perfect place for me to start over" I smiled to myself knowing that they will check anywhere but the forest and the best part was that the forest had multiple fruit trees around to prevent me from starving.

After running for what seemed like days but was only 2 hours I come across a clearing in the forest I can build a little cottage here. And since I am so ever incredibly smart I finished making a cottage well more like a tree house before it got dark. I didn't have enough time to build myself a bed but I am sure I can do that tomorrow morning.

'grrrrr' "oh moon goddess I feel hungry," I said not really directed at anyone and made my way outside, but I kept my wolf senses up and going so that everything was at least 10 times better including my sight, smell and most important hearing.

But know the hardest problem yet, I can't decide on which fruit to eat on first so I did "blue shoe blue shoe you're not it" and it finished on the mango first. "Mmm," I moaned as its juice and sweet flesh enter my mouth. After I finished my delectable dinner, I decided to finally go to bed.

Until I heard my mom's voice "HEY ROSE I KNOW YOU'RE UP THERE PLEASE COME DOWN WHILE I AM ASKING NICELY AND NOT BEATING YOU UP" Great just great, she found me but how did she do that "Okay mom" I replied in an annoyed tone.

Reluctantly, I climbed down well more like jumped to the bottom. "Hi mom and dad did I ever mention I love you all," I asked feeling scared as their facial expressions don't look exactly nice and friendly it's more like the 'HOW-DARE-YOU-RUN-AWAY-AGAIN, "but how did you find me anyways?" I asked I made sure to hide my scent, so they can't find me and blocked out the mind link what could they have done I wondered while throwing and catching my phone...

MY PHONE THEY PUT A TRACKING DEVICE DIDN'T THEY... I mentally smirked they thought I wouldn't find out. Tsk Unfortunately for my awesome parents, I am way smarter than I look in fact I got a lot of job offers but all the bosses were hmm how do I say more like paedophiles or perverts I mean like seriously!?! They were old enough to be my grandparents for god sakes.

"sweetheart lets go home now it's been a long day and I am sure you must be hungry and exhausted as well okay," said dad in a calm voice waking me up from my thoughts, 'don't think that I don't know your evil plans' I thought. "Rose if it makes you feel better let's go shopping tomorrow, okay you can buy whatever you want just please don't run away... do you know that everyone we called was for you to try and find your mate... As a young she-wolf, it's about time that you get married and have children"

WOAH! WOAH! WOAH! she did not just go there "Look, mom, I understand what you mean but it's just that I am not ready and besides you still have the royal castle left and don't you want your daughter to go enjoy her last moments of being single at the castle with her friends... I promise that I won't run away I will stay as long as I get to go to the ball as a SINGLE LADY" I can't even tell my own emotions at the moment I feel sad, angry and all sorts of other things.

"Fine but after tomorrow night if you have not found your mate you will be having an arranged marriage okay child" she ordered looking quite serious this time "okay mom so can we go home now my legs hurt and I feel sleepy" They nodded.

And that my friends are how it always ends after I run away. The moment we got home I rushed to my bedroom to take a nice warm shower to relax my muscles and release my stress. After about 30 minutes I got out of the shower and changed into my cute 'I don't suck blood' pyjamas and went to lie down on my bed but when I realised I couldn't sleep I decided to search up the royal family, the reason they are royal is because they have both werewolf and vampire genes increasing my anxiety but when I started researching, boy was I surprised.

They are ruthless bloodsucking killers. Especially their son Mark but as I went into further detail about this Mark kid I feel sorry for whoever will be his mate. The poor, unfortunate child, what could the young girl do wrong to end up with such a playboy that even I wouldn't hesitate to kill if I get my hands on him? Like seriously you don't go around dating every girl you see pretty and then be against smart people which therefore in my mind leaves him as a very dumb, hideous, outrages, blood-sucking creature ever.

But for some reason I found his Gold eyes engaging and could almost feel myself about to drool. 'OH SIT NO' he can't be. To avoid any possible chances of that happening I rush over to the window to calm down only to meet a pair of eyes staring at my direction which isn't creepy at all (note the sarcasm) so rather than being polite and stare back at him I shut the window on the creature's face close the curtains and let myself fall into the lovely fluffy feeling of my bed. And let the darkness consume me while still feeling the weird eyes gazing at me.
