After Dan and Phil left the room Im left standing in the hall and my arms are tingling and I can't do it after 6 months clean but I need to get rid of this felling

I'm just gonna take a shower
I text Phil as I make my way into the bathroom and I know I wasn't going to take a shower I was gonna take the pain away.for the first time in 6 months I took the razor to my arm and put it on my arm and press down and drag it diagonally make a thin red line that had thick blood trickling from it. In total I made 5 more cuts and I turn on the tap and clean the blood off my arm and I take a look in the cupboard to try and find a bandage but I couldn't find any so I just wrap my arm in toilet roll around my arm and pull my sleeve when the front door closes and I then walk out of the bathroom to see Dan and Phil at the front door hugging and jumping around like little kids "jess guess what" Phil screams running over
to me "What is it you know I'm really bad at this game " I was hissing as Phil graded my arm but doesn't notice "Jes they know where your sister is" Dan says walking over to us "they tracked her down and she lives with your birthfather and birthmother in the woods"
