Hello everyone!
Recently there's been a resurgence of interest in this story, and I have to say thank you so much! I have noticed; however, many of you hardcore Greek mythology fans seem to have taken this story for something a lot more serious than it actually is.
I just want to remind you all, first and foremost, that this was a story written by a middle school girl who loved Greek mythology (specifically the story of Hades and Persephone) and wanted to write a story about it. This is not a great work of fiction meant to be lauded by scholars, but rather to be enjoyed and even laughed at (because really, who doesn't laugh at their old writings?) by readers.
That brings me to my main point which is this: please refrain from saying rude things to each other in the comments. We're all here for the same reason — to read and have fun whilst doing so. I enjoyed writing this story while I was young, and while I don't really write this kind of stuff anymore, I still want readers today to have fun while reading!
