Chapeter 12

I walked through Macy's into the makeup section. I quickly set up my station saying high to all the other staff. My first customer cam and before i knew it I was cleaning up my station. I slowly made my way out of the building calling Niall multiple times to see how things were but he never picked up. I started to worry so I practically ran to the car. I jumped in and sped to my house jumping back out not even caring what I left in the car. I walked into the house that was already unlocked heading straight to the living room.

Everything was fine, Niall was sitting on the floor playing with her. His expression was blank and he was staring out into space. His attention turned to me when I was standing by the couch. His eyes showed millions of emotions.

"Hey, I called you didn't answ-"

"Well you know how it feels like when you don't get answered now, eh?" He said without anything but I crack in his voice

"Wha-" He cut me off again

"A beautiful baby, isn't she? She almost looks llike me when I was her age but I mean that's usually what happens when you have a kid? Isn't it?" My jaw dropped

"You don't understand." I whimpered

"Oh, trust me. I get it. I get why you didn't want me to go on the X-Factor. Why you didn't tell me, I don't get that. I had as much of a fucking right to know just as much as you." He got up and walked to the door

"Daddy." I heard Paisley whisper, Niall and I looked at her really quick

"I love how she knew before me." Niall chuckled, it wasn't because it was funny though

"Can we talk?" I felt tears brim in my eyes, he shook his head

"Talk, what's there to talk about. It's self-explanatory." He looked at me, his eyes filled with hatred "And to think I still love-loved you." With that he was gone

I fell to my knees sobbing my eyes out.

You messed up Martha. He's gone for good this time and he's not going to ever comeback. You should've told him.

These words tortured me, running through my head millions of times. I sobbed and sobbed. It felt like the first time he left all over again

Five days went by without hearing anything from him. He blocked me on Twitter and when I called the lads it went straight to voice mail. Not even Louis would answer. I stayed home, not leaving my house or bothering to turn on the lights. The only time I moved from the couch was to take care of Paisley, but she knew something was wrong so she was very good.

Seven days after Niall found out I saw on TV that all of One Direction had moved to California for a few years. I knew I would never see Niall again, or hear him sing in my ear, just hold me and play with my hair....All the things I've wanted for years...and only from Niall.

Short But very sad...
