I approached my locker and saw a girl leaning on it.

'Excuse me' I said quietly

'What did you just say?' The girl replied

'I-I said excuse me'

'Where's all you're hair? Is it in the garbage with the rest of your sweater?'

I had brought my sweater with holes in but people just assumed it had it for so long that it had got ripped.

'Cat got your tongue sweetie?' She faked smiled

'I-i'

'I-I-I, next time watch your attitude because if you talk to me like that again you won't know what's hit you' she made a point to slam my locker as she walked of laughing.

I felt the hot tears sting my eyes, I couldn't cry here in front of all these people that barely knew me, they would think I was weak.

I pushed through the crowds of people towards the bathroom. It was empty. I stood I front of the mirror watching the tears roll down my face. I wiped them away staining my cheeks with mascara. New tears filled my eyes immediately.

'Don't cry princess'

I looked up into the mirror and saw a messy haired boy standing in the door way of one of the stalls.

'You do realise this is the girls bathroom?' I asked him, I didn't turn around I looked at him trough the mirror.

He didn't reply he just grinned.

I span around to face boy, to get a better look at him. He had messy brown hair, big brown eyes and a sea of freckles.

'Hello?' I asked impatiently

'Of course I know this is the girls bathroom' He smirked

'Well what are you doing in here then?'

'I find girls bathrooms more, interesting'

'Don't you think that's abit uh creepy?' I asked with a slight smile

'Now now princess, I'm no creep' he grinned

'Sure'

'What's your name?' He asked

'Millie'

'Well Millie, I'm Finn nice too meet you' He grinned at me

'Nice to meet you too I guess' I laughed

The bell rang signalling third period

'Better get to class, see you around princess' he said winking

'See you around' I whispered looking back into the mirror

'Oh by the way, you're a pretty cryer'

Before I could say anything else he had gone.

For some reason, I was sad that my conversation with a stranger in a girls bathroom was over.

A/n : just so you know they are like 15 in this book, not that I'm sexualising them or anything but you'll find out why they're older later on :)
