Kyle led the descendants to the living room where a woman with cherry red hair was showing an old photo album to a 13 year-old girl with orange-red hair. A man with spiky, dark brown hair sat on the couch while watching tv.

"Mom, Dad, Jason and Jia are here with their friends. They said it's important." Kyle said. The woman and the girl looked up and the girl smiled widely.

"Jia!" She exclaimed as she ran over and gave the descendant of water a big hug.

The woman stood up and walked over to them with a confused look. "Jason, Jia, what are you two doing here? And who are your friends?" She asked as the man turned off the tv and walked over.

"Well.... uh.... you see, Aunt Skylor..... we, uh..... we were.... well.... there were these guys that...... uh...." Jason stammered before deciding on an answer. "It's a long story, Aunt Skylor."

Leyla decided to take matters into her own hands. "I am Leyla, Miss. And these are Crystal and Frost. We actually came here to warn you." She said.

The woman and man looked confused. "Warn us about what?" The man asked.

Frost stepped forward. "For the past few days, we have been attacked by these men dressed in black." He explained.

Crystal nodded then continued. "They say they were after our parents, and their powers. We've discovered our own abilities, but we cannot fight them. We barely escaped them the last time they attacked." She said.

"And we think they'll be coming here next. So we came to warn you before they attack again." Jia added.

The adults' eyes were wide. The man then frowned. "Who were these men who attacked you?" He asked.

"My Mom called them Shadow Warriors, but we decided to just call them Shadows since Shadow Warriors is such a long name and-" Jason was interrupted by a loud banging on the door.

"Kai, Master of Fire!! We know you're in there!"

"They're here!" Jia gasped.

A loud crash was heard, followed by loud footsteps. Kai stood in front of the teens, his hands lit up with fire. He turned to the woman, who had a sword drawn, and nodded.

Skylor nodded back before turning to her children. "Kyle, Ember. You know what to do." She said just as the Shadow Warriors barged in the room.

Skylor leaped into action. Kai stole a sword from a Shadow, lit it up on fire, before fighting alonside his wife.

Kyle did a fist pump. "Aw yeah! Let's get the party started!" He said as his fists lit up with fire. The other descendants stared in shock.

"You've unlocked your powers too?" Jason asked incredulously.

Kyle smirked at his cousin. "Yeah. Unlocked it yesterday." He said with a proud smile.

Ember turned to the other descendants. "I don't suppose you've got powers of your own, don't you?" She asked.

Leyla responded by summoning a ball of green energy. The other descendants did the same. Ember touched their hands before backing away.

After a few moments, she summoned a green ball of energy on one hand and a ball of ice and snow on the other. Although the balls of elemental powers were in its original colors, a tint of orange could be seen in them.

"Wha-?!" Jason stared in awe at the strange abilities his cousin possessed. "How did you do that?"

Ember was about to explain when a bunch of Shadows began to attack them. The descendants did their best to fight back with their powers and raw abilities.
