Michael:
"Y/N...could you, uhmm...please not wear all your rubber bracelets and string bracelets to the party tonight?" Michael asked one afternoon, a few hours before an album-release party you two had been invited to. You froze, unsure of what to do. After a few seconds, you ran into the bathroom and locked the door. You started sobbing, your whole body shaking. Michael was confused out of his mind, banging on the bathroom door. "No, baby, please...talk to me! I want you to tell me what's wrong!" Michael yelled through the door, upset that he couldn't get to you. "I know you don't want me to break this door down," Michael said sternly. Sniffling, you got up and unlocked the door before quickly turning around to hide your tearstained face. "No, Y/N," Michael ordered, grabbing your shoulders and turning you to face him. "I need you to tell me what the problem is, baby; I hate seeing you in pain." Michael begged. You lowered your head in shame. "I...I used to cut, Michael. M-my life was pretty bad. And then, when I met you four months ago, I stopped. Y-you make me so happy, Michael," you finished. And the tears came again, streaming down your face. "No, baby," Michael whispered grabbing your body and pulling you close. "I love you for who you are, okay? Don't do this to yourself ever again," he murmured, running his index finger over the pale scars on your forearm. "I'll always be here for you, I swear," Michael promised, kissing you gently. "What about the party?" You asked quietly. "Fuck the party. I'd rather stay here in the bathroom and cuddle with you," he replied, and kissed you once more.
