"I'm gonna go hang with the boys for a while, Y/N! Be back in a few hours boo," Calum said as he walked past you and out the front door, quickly pressing a kiss to your cheek. "Alright," you sighed. Five Seconds of Summer had just gotten back from their tour two weeks ago, and your boyfriend Calum had spent most of his time home with his bandmates instead of you. When you heard the door slam shut, you raced into the kitchen to find a pair of scissor, and you held them like they were gold in your hands. You sliced the cold metal into the delicate skin of your forearm, yelping in pain when you cut too deep. Tears streamed down your cheeks, but you didn't even care anymore. You were too caught up in your own hurt to notice Calum walking back in the house. "Hey, boo, I forgot my wall-" he cut off abruptly when he caught sight of you slitting your wrists with the scissors. Whipping around, you fell to the ground in tears. "Calum! I can't do this anymore! I never get to see you and it's...k-killing me! Literally killing me," you sobbed, tears mixing with the drops of blood on the floor. "N-no! Y/N please, I love you...why are you doing this? Why are you hurting yourself?" He asked, kneeling on the floor beside you and cradling you in his arms. "I n-never get to see you anymore, Cal...you're a-always away, and...and I-I feel so alone and empty without you!" You cried again. Calum kissed the top of your head. "Please be honest with me; how long has this been going on?" He asked quietly, rubbing your back in an attempt to soothe you. "Just today...I promise, the thought only crossed my mind just as you left." You replied, nuzzling into Calum's chest. "I'm always gonna be here for you, boo," he whispered, slightly rocking you back and forth. "Please, please never do this again," he begged quietly, "it absolutely kills me to see you so upset and hurt." Letting a few more tears fall from your eyes, you nodded. Never again did you hurt yourself, and Calum made sure of it. He made you feel like the most loved person in the world.
