"Wait, if Big Mama is back there, than how is their the smell of cat urine?" Chris asked.

"Well, remember that huge male I said chased me? This smells a bit like him." Randal stated.

"Oh no, this might be Hercules' father." Christine said, sadly but shuddering.

"How?" Chris asked.

"Well, if this is a male than he probably has bred with every female in the area, and so if there is a female and a cub than he is probably the father. They would most likely have massive territories, you know, they are so heavy they can't run for an extended period of time. The solution to this problem is to have a territory big enough to make it to where most prey items would end up in the area and give you extra chances to score a kill." Christine said before Randal. "I told you I know a lot about cats."

"No kidding." Chris said surprised.

"Well, I hate to break up the fact party, truly I do, but I think I can see the beast cat." Randal said.

As he said this, loud pawsteps could be heard, at least they were noisy enough to be heard over the other animals in the jungle. Except there weren't any animals, it was as if all of the animals in the forest had realised that death was nearby and made themselves scarce.

Randal brandished his snake whacking stick and waited. The group began to slowly back away until a spine chilling screech broke through the air.

The huge beast cat broke through the undergrowth and Randal whacked it in the face. The cat hesitated, brushed its paw over its face and screamed again. The bone chilling noise was almost possible to feel. While the huge beast sat stunned the three began running as fast as possible. They tried to find the directions they had turned entering the jungle and could still hear the cat's massive paws pounding on the floor of the forest. Once they were sure the cat was gone they stopped and began talking.

"Hey, isn't this the trail?" Chris said, exasperated.

"Oh my God! Yes it is." Randal shouted.

"Oh, yeah, that's the river, and that's the fallen tree. I can't believe it." Christine shouted, overjoyed.

"But, guys, did you notice that weird clearing, like a border between the The New Jungle, and this one, it's like nothing passes throughout it. That's where we lost the beast cat."

"Yeah, I noticed that, weird." Christine replied. " And think, when we first entered the jungle we were I the male beast cat's territory, when you caught the dragon you could have let it know we were here."

"Whatever, we need to find the way back, what was the resort called?" Randal asked.

"The Golden Palm. The Golden Palm Resort." Chris replied.

"Well, we need to get someone to take us there. We had to take a taxi to get to the start of the trail." Chris said.

"Well, I suggest that we rest here, I'm gonna air out my drawstring." Randal said, opening his bag to let out the dry air of the stilted antelope skull and hide. "Now, who's up for lunch." Randal said, handing out the antelope meat so they could cook it. "We will want to go through as much as possible so we don't accidentally bring some back for some greedy poachers to find." Randal said.

They then roasted the meat over a quick fire.

"You know, I like the meat of the antelope as much as the next guy, but I've been eating healthy for too long  I need a hamburger and Mt. Dew immediately. Like I'm gonna rob a Burger King when we get back." Chris said.

"Yeah," Randal said as he took a drink of leather fruit juice. "And we have five days to do it, permitting we get back today."

"Don't say that." Christine said. "Were gonna get back."

The group the rested. Not one could wait much longer to get back.
