{book 2}
We've been in the hospital for 2 days and hopefully we will leave tomorrow morning but today I finally took a shower. Jace is taking care of Kaden while I do.
Jace is so good with him Im happy that I get to start a family with him.
I get out of the shower and see Jace in a chair rocking him to sleep.
"I love you both" I say
"We love you too"
I walk over to him sit on his lap and look at our son.
"What's a nickname we can call him" Jace ask
"I don't know Kay"
"Sounds like girl"
"Kade"
"Better"
Kaden wakes up and starts crying and I look at the clock and it's time to feed him. I take him into my arms and go to the bed.
He feeds for like 15 min. Then he falls asleep. I put him in the little bed they have to let him sleep. Jace comes on the bed with me and we cuddle.
"It's still weird to think that we are parents" he says
"Yeah but I wouldn't change it for the world"
"Me either"
He gives me a kiss and I put my head on his chest and fall asleep.
*Jace's POV*
Madi and Kaden are sleeping so I take a picture of both of them but only post Kaden because he's the cutest thing ever.

I feel like a real parent posting pictures of of my kid sleeping.
I look at Madi who's curled up on me and can't help but smile.
I'm very happy to have her.
*Madi's POV*
I wake up to see Jace walking around the room holding Kaden
"Hey"
"Hey he started crying and I didn't want to wake you"
"That's ok"
I take a picture of them and set it as my screen saver.
"Let me hold him"
I hold out my arms. He hands him to me and kisses my head.
