Quick A/N: I'm skipping the Land of Waves Arc because I know all of you knows what happened and how it turns out. Plus, I didn't want to write out the whole thing. Yep, I'm that lazy. Fight me! Just kidding. Anyway, I should've said so on the last couple of updates. Without further adieu, enjoy the chapter.

Naruto's POV

"Eita! There you are! Where have you been? I thought you said you were going on a small walk! You had me worried sick!" I yelled while hugging him. Eita chuckled at my behavior. "I'm sorry, I didn't mea to worry you. I just lost track of time." Eita apologized as he petted my head.

I broke the hug and looked at him. "What happened to your face? You look like you got into a fight with a bear or something." I mentioned. "It's nothing serious. I just fell while walking." He said.

"Did you fall on a rock?"

"Something like that," He smiled at me. "Oh, yeah. Before I forget, there's something I need to tell you."

"Really? What's that?"

"We're on the same team."

"Huh? We are?"

But wasn't Eita on Kiba's team with Hinata and Shino?

As if reading my mind, Eita responded, "Before I came back, I talked with the Hokage and asked him if I could join your team."

"No way! Are you serious?! We're really on the same team?!" I asked, in which he nodded. "This is awesome!" I cheered as I hugged my godbrother. "I'm glad you're happy," Eita said, gently hugging me back. "Let's go before we're late." Eita said.

"Right." I nodded in agreement. "Oh, and Naruto... You know still smell like sake, right?" Eita teased. "That's only because you made me drink last night, dammit!" I objected, making him laugh.

"Fair point. Why don't you go wash up?" He suggested. "Yes, Mom." I replied, sarcastically. Eita chuckled at my sense of humor. "Hey... Do you think Sasuke's better than me?" I asked with a small blush.

"Not at all. Why would you ask that?" Eita asked. "Because he keeps saying he's better than me!" I whined, hugging onto Eita's shirt. He chuckled and petted my head. "You're such a baby, Naruto," Eita teased.

"And to answer reply to your statement, I don't think Sasuke's better than you. In fact, I think you're better than him. You're gifted and way stronger than him, no doubt."

I looked at him. "Really?" I asked. "Mm-hm." Eita nodded with a smile. "Yay!" I cheered, hugging him again like a happy little kid. Eita laughed as he tried to hold me up. "Come on, Naruto! You're heavy! Knock it off!" He said, still laughing.

I stood up straight, then gasped when Eita fell against me like he was about to pass out. "Eita, are you okay?!" I asked, worriedly. "Yeah, I'm fine. I think I'm just a bit tired." Eita said as his eyes were closed, or eye since he had an eyepatch over his right eye.

"You must've exhausted yourself from your walk. Here, rest on the couch." I said, helping him stand up. I laid Eita  down on the couch and he was immediately out like a light. "That surely didn't take long. Where did he go exactly?" I asked while scratching my head.

I stared at Eita as he slept, noticing how cute he looked. My heart was beating at a fast pace the more I continued to stare at him.

Shit. Why am I getting so nervous all of a sudden? I shouldn't be nervous. Although, Eita looks really cute. But I can't like him in that kind of way. We're godbrothers. But we're not related by blood or anything. So it's okay, right?

Is it okay?

I slowly leaned down and gently kissed Eita's head. "Sleep tight, Eita." I whispered. I placed my hand on his cheek, in which Eita leaned in to, comfortably. I blushed slightly, but smiled. He really is adorable.

(Time skip) Eita's POV

"Mm... Huh?" I slowly opened my eyes, feeling myself wake up. I was in comfortable position and I didn't want to wake up just yet. But I had to see if Naruto was okay. I lazily opened my eyes and sat up. "Ah, you're up." Naruto said.

I turned my head and saw him at the table as he ate a bowl of ramen. "Hey." I said, casually. "It's about time to you woke up! You skipped breakfast and lunch!" Naruto said. I gave small laugh. "Sorry about that." I apologized.

"Don't apologize. You should eat something."

"Right."

I walked over to where he was and made myself some ramen. "Naruto, how often do you eat ramen?" I asked as I sat across from him. "Hmm... Everyday, I guess." He answered. "That's really not healthy. Tomorrow, I'll make you something different." I offered.

"You can cook?" Naruto asked. "Of course I can. I learned from my mother. Tomorrow night, I'll make you something better than ramen." I repeated. "There's nothing better than ramen!" Naruto objected.

I looked at him with an amused smile. "You'd be surprised." I mentioned. Naruto grinned at me and continued to eat his ramen. "Oh, yeah! I got you something while you were asleep." Naruto said, leaning down under the table

When he sat up, he had a stuffed lion with a red scarf in his hands. "I picked it up when I was buying ramen. I thought you'd might like it. What do you think?" Naruto said as he handed it to me. "Naruto, that was so thoughtful of you. Thank you," I said, hold the stuffed toy.

I looked at its adorable lion face and smiled. "He really is adorable."

"What are you gonna name it?" Naruto asked. "Naming stuffed animals aren't really my thing." I admitted. "So, you just collect them and not name them?" He asked. "That's right. Surprised?" I asked.

"Kind of. I know most girls who have stuffed animals name them after buying them." Naruto said. "And what girls do you know that do that?" I asked, smirking. "Well... Okay, I don't know any girls who do that. But I do know they name their stuffed animals." He stated.

"Hehe..." I smiled at him and started eating my ramen again before it got cold.

After dinner, Naruto and I got dressed for bed, but Naruto was putting up a fight. "But I don't wanna go to bed! I'm not tired!" He whined. I sighed. "Okay, then what do you wanna do?" I asked. "Let's watch a movie together!" Naruto said.

"A movie?" I repeated. "Yeah! Come on, it'll be fun!" He said. "Okay, okay. We'll watch a movie." I replied.

We picked out a random anime movie and sat on the couch as it began to play. Naruto sat on my right side as we watched the movie. 'This movie is so boring, I think I might fall asleep on the couch.' I thought.

But Naruto beat me to it as we were halfway through the movie when he leaned his head against my shoulder. I looked at him as he breathed steadily. "Naruto?" I tried shaking him awake so he can get to bed, but he was out like a light.

"You're really gonna make me carry you, huh?" I said with a sweat drop. "I guess it can't be helped then. The couch is comfortable, but I'm sure you'd prefer your bed."

I turned off the TV and put Naruto on my back before carrying him to his bedroom. Once there, I laid him down on the bed and pulled the blanket over him. I went to leave until Naruto grabbed my hand and mumbled my name. "Eita..."

Is he awake? I faced him and noticed his eyes were still closed, telling me he was still sleeping. "Naruto?" I asked. "Don't leave... Stay with me..." He mumbled. I didn't think he talked in his sleep. I expected him to say something else, but he didn't as he continued to snore softly.

'Why does he have to be so cute?' I thought. I leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead. "You really are too cute, Naruto." I whispered. I kissed his cheek, then went to my room, going to sleep myself.
